Do read the instructions first, I didn't and got baffled on the deployment of the first couple of patches. Once that is sorted out, they work great. The very sticky and pliable patches don't re-position well, but they do adhere very effectively. I doubled up due to the shape with one under the knee cap & the other over.. made recovery a much more endurable process.. They are water proof as long as an edge isn't peeled up, and wear loose pants so they don't rub against the edges of the patches...

These fit perfectly around your knee and help with knee pain. They stay nicely in place and are smooth under clothing and are waterproof.

They are easy to remove from the packaging and the sides do NOT stick together like others do. They fit the contour of the knee perfectly. They relieve pain for up to 8 hours. The price for a box of 30 of them is extremely reasonable I will NEVER buy another lidocaine patch for the knee! Thanks, Amazon, for carrying this product!

Excellent, these patches work. Used on my Neck and knees, worked really well…took away the pain for approximately six hours. I am satisfied. After six hours the pain level came back slowly but note, I do have a pain level of between 5 & 6 daily. So I am very satisfied with this product. I recommend!

I didn't find this product to be effective at all. In fact, it doesn't even appear to have any active ingredients. Typically you can feel the lidocaine or the menthol working but with this product I feel nothing. Equally frustrating is the adhesive to apply the patches. It is such a strong bond that it caused mild bruising just trying to get it off my knee. I'm sure this is what makes them waterproof but it seems excessive for such a low dosing product.
