I have had this thing installed for about 4 months now. Yes, the install takes time and you actually have to read the manual. Hardest part was running the coax cable through my attic into my living room for the inside antenna. Antenna on roof has to be higher than the roof, have clearance from trees and pointed in direction of the local cell towers.After I installed this device I went from barely 1 bar verizon to 3-4 bars and the same for tmobile. Highly recommend this booster.

Hired a company to install. They checked coverage and said they get called a lot to install these and have t had one work as promised yet. Now it is saying it is beyond the return window. Unacceptable. I want to return and a refundI would like to receive a call to discuss this. NOT HAPPYStill waiting on a call

The media could not be loaded. I had SOS service to 1 bar at the window and I plugged this in after mounting the antenna next to my grandmas satellite dish on her roof. You see in the screen recording video how as soon as I plugged it in my service immediately went up and eventually got 4 bars. Then I started hearing my grandmas phone dinging with all sorts of notifications behind me. It really amazed me at how well it worked and how fast.

Can’t believe this actually works. I went from zero -1 bar to now have 3- full bars of service. I would give more starts if I could.

Instructions was horrible would not recommend this was too difficult to install
