Perfect fit and replacement piece for Pentair CCP 420

Nice replacement for original.
This review is after a busy summer season. This part is a perfect replacement for my original that came with the Pentair CCP420. This part fit well, works well. At this rate, I'll probably never get to use the second one, but we have it anyways. Screen has held up through the whole summer and it cleans well with just a spray of the hose. Good purchase. Thanks!

Sturdy and good quality.
These are a perfect fit. The product is sturdy including the mesh part. It seems like these will last a long time. I recently got some from another vendor which were very bad quality and came in smashed. I figured the pressure would’ve smashed them anyways cause those have no structure. These are very good. I recommend them and to get a five star from me, the product needs to live to its description and performance.

Better value than the brand name
If you have ever purchased one of the Pentair brand name bleeder hose filters you know they charge a ridiculous price. These are a great value at four for less than fifteen dollars. If your filter is like mine, even the brand name filter screen will start collapsing over time and holding little particles in the creases, requiring more frequent cleaning. These instal the same as the original and fit well over the air bleeder pipe - the rubber on the bottom slides on and creates a nice tight fit. I've had the first one on the air bleed pipe for about 6 weeks now and it is still holding up with just minor creasing so far. If I can get one swimming season out of each one, that is still a better value than paying for the brand name. These fit my Pentair Clean and Clear 420, but be sure and check compatibility before purchasing.
