These taste great and provide what I need. However, if I drink it too fast or 'slam' it, it's pretty heavy on the stomach. I usually sip it over a 15 minute time-frame or drink half and come back for the other half 15 minutes later. Don't let that keep you away - these are great and taste great. I prefer the Cafe flavor most of all.

I love this drink, It comes in Cafe Latte, Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel, Cake Batter, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, Banana, Strawberry, Cookies, and Cream. ( try saying that without taking a breath!) Since I've been drinking The 11oz Cafe Latte every morning, I have almost quit coffee. Just don't need it. It is also available in an 11.5 oz plastic thingy with plastic wrap which seems almost a waste of time as you fight with the wrap to take it off so you can get to the cap. I will skip the extra .5 oz because I don't need the finger exercise first thing in the morning. I get 30 grams of protein every day even if I miss my two eggs. The flavor is rich, creamy, and tasty. It is very hard to keep my discipline and not go back to the fridge for another. I tried all the other companies' drinks. I believe the Premier Protein drink has the most enjoyable "Slurp" of them all!

Flavor is ok, and does help my energy level for work.

I use this protein drink as a creamer in my coffee and then drink the rest of it for my breakfast. Fantastic taste! Great for high protein/Keto diets.

Being an older woman, I have trouble getting enough protein in my diet. So I supplement it with this yummy drink that I believe makes me feel more energized and only 2 pts on weight watchers.

I have one of these shakes daily. They taste so good (cafe latte) and just start my day right. I even take them with me when I travel.
