Works for me even on cpap therapy
I have been making incremental tweaks to help my sleep and my sleep score shows improvement when I wear this shirt. I have sleep apnea and even with cpap it gets worse if I roll over on my back. I have compared my scores wearing this shirt to not wearing it and scores are better. Proves I am rolling over in my sleep and this shirt helps to discourage it. It is comfortable and does not interfere with normal sleeping. Washes well. For the price point, it is worth a try.

Cured my snoring
I wear this shirt at night with a tennis ball in the back pocket. That makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on my back and therefore stops most of my snoring. I also do myofunctional therapy, which also works great for me. With this shirt and the therapy, my snoring is cured and I feel great. My 5* rating is really more for the method rather than this particular shirt. There is really nothing special about this particular shirt. It's just an ordinary T-shirt with a pocket sewn in the back. Anyone could make something like this on their own. That said, this shirt is well-made and the pocket is better than I could make on my own. When I bought the first one and it worked, I bought a second one. I probably should buy 2 more so I am never without one. The tennis-ball-in-the-back method worked for me, but I'm sure it won't work for everyone, though it's cheap enough to be worth a try. I tried all of the other DIY anti-snoring methods (including losing weight) and none of the other ones worked for me. I was ready to try a CPAP machine but (for now) I don't need one. The tennis ball and exercises cured my snoring. I can occasionally skip the exercises (laziness) but I really can't skip the tennis ball.

Works pretty well, although a tennis ball might not cut it
It takes more than a tennis ball to keep me from rolling over in my sleep - I use a Wiffle ball that's more baseball-sized and harder - but it works most nights to help keep me on my side or stomach and off of my back. Has definitely reduced the number of nights marred by extreme snoring and incidents of sleep apnea. Based on my experience, I'd recommend coupling this with a flatter pillow like the one in the link below, which will also encourage you to stay on your stomach while you sleep, reducing both the amount of time you spend snoring and also its severity: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NAQAO45/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Great alternative to CPAP for controlling snoring
I have pretty significant diagnosed sleep apnea. My doctor knew about similar products to this and asked that Ibtey this as a first step before going to something extreme like CPap. There is a pocket on the back to put something big enough to prevent you from rolling on your back during sleep. For me, being on my back is where I have the worst issues with snoring and oxygen deprivation. My best aleep position is on my side. I purchased 3 of these shirts and have been wearing them every night for about 3 weeks with a tennis ball in the small zippered pouch in the back. I bought three so I would always have a clean shirt while washing the others. I must say that my wife states a significant drop in my snoring. I also am not waking up with headaches like I was. And my sleep app is showing an inprovement in my REM and Deep sleep. So I would call this a win at the moment. The shirts are made very well and fit exactly to size. And I like I can wake up and take out the tennis ball and just wear the shirt. Five stars from me on this. And a thousand stars if this shirt plays a part in me not needing CPAP!

Stop snoring t-shirt
Can I get used to sleep in the shirt with the ball in your back. Hard to get to the ball in the morning to remove it without taking off your shirt.

lots of tennis balls!
The concept is good: create (mild) physical discomfort to prevent you from sleeping flat on your back. I do not snore. Instead, I have lumbar spinal stenosis and can only find relief sleeping on my side. When during the night inadvertently I turn and sleep on my back, I wake up in pain. Wearing this T shirt has improved things dramatically. The shirt seems to be well made ( I only wore it for 1 week and washed it twice in cold water. Too soon to tell if it will last) . The reason I gave it 3 and not 5 starts is that the pocket is too wide. To fully fill it takes 4 tennis balls which renders the shirt uncomfortably heavy on the neck to wear when not in bed. Pocket should be redesigned to be more narrow but the same length in order to hold 2 balls along the spine ( one on top of the other ). Please redesign and you have a winner!

Good fit and nice quality, seems to be effective
First. I saw some reviews saying this ran small and the quality was poor. I found the opposite of that to be true. I'm 5'8" 164lbs, I wear medium to large but usually medium. I ordered this in a medium and to me it is roomier than most of my medium size shirts. It is made of very soft cotton and feels thick to me. Now to speak to the effectiveness. I've been using this for a several weeks now I'm finally getting more comfortable sleeping on my side. It definitely prevents you from sleeping on your back. In the time I've been using this shirt I think my wife has woken me up 2 or 3 times total to stop me from snoring. Prior to that she would wake me up 2-4 times a night, so I would say it has made a huge improvement. Now I do wake up on my own sometimes when I attempt to roll onto to my back but that is getting better every night. I will keep using it and expect my body to keep adjusting to it. It does what it says it does and seems to be good quality so I give it 5 stars.

A miracle in our house!
This probably won't work for every snorer but my husband is a snorer while sleeping on his back and this works perfectly to keep him sleeping on his side! I know I am getting a better night's sleep and he probably is, too.
