Strong materials, nice finish, very clear instructions, hardware was independently packaged, assembly was without issue. It was an Ikea+ positive experience. The included phillips screw driver was not tried, it appeared small. We used the included Allen key and our own screw driver. This is a very strong stand. While not needed, a helper made assembly much quicker and fun.

VERY HEAVY BOXES upon arrival. The instructions were somewhat confusing to assemble, but we assembled them and they are awesome. Our LG washer/dryer are now at a level (for 5'6" people) where we are not leaning over to take clothes out. The sliding shelf that supports laundry baskets hides when not used. The pedestals allow for storage of cleaning supplies.

Great product and good quality but our washer moves around, a lot, which a heavy spin. The other part is that they are a little too tall. Front loading is great but adding detergent is challenging if you are not tall. My shorter wife can do it, but is having to tip toe to see the top where the detergent goes in.

One of the most important factors is customer service which seems to be disregarded these days. There was a piece missing so I messaged. After a confirmation of the part number (keep your manual), they sent one out. There was a delay of course, but I know thy have good customer service. The product itself is also sturdy and quite impressive. It seemed pricey, but I choose purchases based on research. I was not disappointed. It holds a combination washer/dryer easily. NOTE: Since adding this, the machine "walked". I need to re-level the unit and make sure load distribution is equal. Even if your unit is level on the floor, it may be off by putting it on something.

I was initially skeptical when purchasing this, because putting stuff together is definitely not my thing. But it was easy enough and took me a couple of hours, and I'm pleased with the result. Without a doubt, I love that I don't have to bend over to stuff my laundry into the machine anymore. I'm even considering getting a second one for the dryer. However depending on your washer, the pedestal tends to move.... Sometimes A LOT. I solved that by buying a rubber mat that this now sits on which absorbs most of the vibration and keeps the machine in place.

For the product alone 5 stars BUT Let me just say — this stand works great and saves my mom’s back from bending over every laundry day. But assembling it? That’s a whole different adventure. The instructions basically said “pay attention to the orientation” and left us to fend for ourselves like contestants on Survivor: IKEA Edition. We put it together, took it apart, put it together again — by the third time, I’m pretty sure it tested our marriage, our sanity, and our will to live. By the end, we had a beautiful, sturdy laundry pedestal and a newfound respect for professional furniture assemblers. 10/10 would recommend… just maybe have snacks, a therapist, and a bottle of wine ready before you start.

Ok, this gets three stars for the most hilarious and frustrating of reasons. I would not recommend this product for anyone that has not wrestled constructing an out-of-box item like a poor kid with hope and some knock off Ikea wannabe build acquired at the thrift store who is trying to make their house look like everything is NOT from that very same thrift store. The build instructions were half hearted and were missing pages, like how do the doors go on? what orientation do any of the parts need? Do you want to know? Hahahah guess and check like it is 3rd grade and the teacher has called time on your final text. It came with a dented frame as well and two of the bolts were flat out scrap with thrashed threads. I will say this, once the hilariousness of putting this thing together was complete it is solid and I am happy to have my dryer at a reasonable height for someone with a 30+ year old back that is over doing laundry while bending over.

I bought two of these to go under my new washer/dryer. They were challenging to put together, but mostly because of the weight and bulk. The instructions were well-written and the parts clearly labeled. One thing to note (and this is NOT part of the product review, just a lesson I learned the hard way). If you're going to paint these (the white ones weren't available when I ordered), do it AFTER putting them together. I spent so much time painting them, then scratched it up like crazy during assembly! The storage is great and I love the pull out tray for my laundry basket. They're the perfect height, too. The controls for my machines are easily accessible and it's so easy to reach all the way to the back for items left behind in the washer. I definitely recommend these pedestals!
