Excellent product and very, very sharp. Well balanced and looks great. Carved the turkey and home cooked ham to perfection, easily removed the turkey breast from the carcass without leaving any waste.

The best knives you can have in an amateur kitchen, really sharp, that’s important for a good cut. Really easy to get on with, fits good in your hand, in my opinion cannot be beaten, it’s even got a sharp price.

Fantastic knife set. I am a very keen cook and decided to upgrade from my existing mix or knives. These are sturdy, easy to use and hold their sharpness very well. Handles also look great and have great grip.

Sharp and good for cutting homemade sourdough bread. Still needs muscles to cut up a butternut squash. The blade protection could be missing as there is a very small hard plastic piece that just sits over the tip of knife. I’ve kept the box and leave it inside until I need to use. Expected a better blade guard. Overall it’s a decent knife, looks good but not the sharpest tool in its box!

This is a high quality Carving Knife. I have always used electric knives before without much success so thought I would try using a traditional Carving Knife. This one slices Turkey, Gammon and Beef joints with ease and very thinly. It has a nice weighty handle which is firm to grip and needed for balance. I am very happy with this purchase and will be ditching the electric carving knife now. It comes in a great box, which I will keep it in and it is VERY sharp so take care when using.

These knives are very sharp, comfortable to use and well packaged in a study storage box. The handles are particularly nice wood which is well finished and blend smoothly with the knife blade. Overall good value for money.

Love it I now have 11 Paudin knifes all of them very sharp to supper Sharp and they stay sharp ....This is a fantastic carve knife ........Be very careful using them as there dangerous sharp if you slip/miss cut ........Besides that fantastic to use nice in your hand good balance . Perfect cuts . Just real nice to use and 100% recommend there knifes.

Really impressed with the quality of this kitchen knife, especially considering the price point. It’s sharp straight out of the box and glides through meat, veg and even tougher ingredients with hardly any effort. The handle feels comfortable and well-balanced in the hand, making it easy to use for longer prep sessions without strain. Also love the sleek design – looks more expensive than it is. I've used it daily for a few weeks now and it's holding up brilliantly.

I used this knife on a Rib Eye Roast and it cuts so well. We all need a good sharp knife to cut red meat. This is a great knife.

I purchased this item for my hubby for Christmas. He is knife guru and I was hopeful it would meet his standards. It is a bit bendy and not nearly as sharp as we would have expected. It is lovely to hold and feels good holding it. The speed of delivery was great.
