Usually take an 8, but found them to be quite small, re-ordered a 9, no problems with return or re-order, very quick. These boots seem to be more unisex than men's specifically, guess that's why they seem a bit narrow. The ankle is quite narrow too, hoping the elastic gusset will give with more wear. Otherwise, a very nice boot with a comfortable sole

I lived in Doc Marten’s as a teenager. They were great boots - comfortable and extremely durable. This is no longer the case.First impressions when I received these were poor: the leather seemed thin as did the soles. They stank like a cheap plastic toy.On wearing them it got worse: within 3 days the soles started to split from the upper in different spots on both shoes. And this was just after normal wear about a suburban shopping center! I considered returning them but decided it was less hassle to repair them with some flexible superglue that I already had in the house. I did this and it worked. A few days later more repairs in different spots were required. There was a pattern of this until l basically had re-glued the entire soles on both shoes. They are fine now.Separately the soles have worn down quickly and the leather upper has now split in places, despite my polishing them regularly.Doc Martens are now made in Thailand rather than the UK. The brand is now more about fashion rather than its utilitarian background and is priced accordingly. Anyway the quality is not what it was.On a positive they are still comfortable.Overall I do not recommend these.

I received these boots in perfect order and am very pleased with them, so this review is about sizing. I was a little surprised as the boots have a fairly big fit, they are very roomy for the stated size and perhaps for some may look little too big on the feet. So, as I live in London, I went to the DM store and asked if there was only one width / fitting for any DM boot. The woman in the store told me that there are NO width variations available in DM's, so you can ignore the sometimes quoted 'F' width as all DM's come in one width only.HOWEVER, very unusually for Dr Martens (and very annoyingly) this boot has two different 'fits' for the same 2976 product number. They are both the same width--they are built on the same sole, but one has slimmer more fitted cut in regards to the leather uppers. The boot above is the fuller cut. The only way to be sure is to look a the extended product code: you can find the number in item description above, here quoted as 11853600. The slimmer fit will end in 601, and you can see the difference if you go to that actual DM website, although there is no mention of the fitting difference on either Amazon or even the DM website! This should really be sorted out as they are quite different fits.For me these bigger ones are great work boots as I use them with two pairs of socks. They are plenty warm and work very well for job sites. I have now ordered a slimmer version for daily use as the fit is a little less chunky. I should say that the slimmer ones are still plenty comfortable and fit my normal shoe size, they just look and feel different. Horses for courses, hopefully that will clear a few things up for anyone else thinking of ordering a pair.

Son de suma calidad, se siente nomas una vez se abre la caja, tanto en la suela como en la bota. Se ven preciosos, tal vez un poco más oscuros de lo que parecen en las fotografías del anuncio. La piel es de cuidado pues con pequeños roces quedan marcas.Es difícil ponerlos, el tobillo es estrecho, pero una vez puestos se sienten cómodos.

The media could not be loaded.  El precio es muy bueno, llegaron muy rápido en perfectas condiciones, son muy cómodas, está es la piel nappa que es color negro mate no es brillosa como las smooth pero es mucho más cómoda, me costó mucho ponerme las botas al principio, pero es pq son mis primeras botas sin agujetas y no sabía la técnica para poder ponermelas. Las recomiendo comprar en el número que usan abitualmente el mío es 28, 10 en Estados Unidos 43 en EU.

Ojo por que quedan un poco más grandes del número que viene especificado, por todo lo demás muy buenas como siempre, vale la pena esperar a que estén en descuento

Gerade angekommen, natürlich sofort anprobiert- Größe 37 (normalerweise 37,5)für mich perfekt!Sehr gut verarbeitet und das Leder ist top!Ich liebe Docs schon seit meiner Jugend, möchte jetzt mit 40 nicht darauf verzichten-Der Schuh ist ein Doc!Aber sehr dezent und trotzdem einer!Ich liebe ihn!Über die Qualität und Langlebigkeit kann ich derzeit noch nichts sagen, gehe aber von dem Martens Standard aus und vom Aussehen und Tragegefühl her ist es top!So wie früher!Das Leder dieses Schuhs ist sehr weich und fühlt sich auf Anhieb gut an.Keine bekannten Blasen denke ich.Ich liebe den Schuh!!!!
