I'm considering sending it back. It seems to be too big for me

I actually think they are on the right track, but their product isn't designed well. Despite the poor reviews I decided I wanted to try it myself. Here are the reasons why I regret buying it, and would advise anyone to not buy it either: 1) The product doesn't work. The tongue strap is supposed to prevent your tongue from falling backward, but you can easily slip your tongue out. In my experience, Zyppah immediately failed at the primary function of this mouthpiece. 2) My teeth easily come out of the mold, which is supposed to advance your lower jaw. One may ask why not use a chin strap to hold your mouth closed? Try it yourself. It sounds nice in theory but in practice it doesn't work that well. 3) My teeth really hurt in the morning when I did happen to keep my teeth in the product. Relying on your teeth to advance your jaw sounds like a bad idea to me. It's the same concept of having orthodontics, eventually your teeth will move. I had braces and head gear...for the purpose of moving my teeth. The Zyppah mouthpiece hurts just as much. 4) It's over priced. Definitely not worth $100. 5) No customer support. I contacted the company about these issues and they never replied to me. 6) This company can't be trusted. On Amazon.com they have more 1-star reviews than any other. But on their website they have over 1,000 4 and 5-star reviews with only one 1-star review, and nothing in the middle. If you have a bad product, at least stand by it. This dishonesty is misleading people into believing that it works to profit. It's the definition of fraud.

This does what it says. It does stop my snoring almost completely, but I have to wear a chin strap to keep my mouth from opening when I sleep. It does take some time to get used to it. It feels like wearing braces when you first start wearing it. I was concerned about the alignment of my teeth because I had braces a few years ago and still have a permanent lower retainer installed. I have had no lasting issues with my teeth. My teeth are sore for a little while in the morning after first taking out the Zyppah. The soreness is a lot less noticeable after using it for a while. It does set your jaw forward to help prevent snoring but the jaw being set forward does last and affects my bite and the way I eat. My front teeth meet and my rear molars do not meet which makes chewing food a little difficult but it is manageable. The trade-off is worth it to stop snoring. When I don't use it I don't rest well and I still snore. When I don't use it my wife tells me to use it. It has held up well and there are no issues with construction. I do use mouthwash before I remove it to keep it clean and prevent it smelling like bad morning breath. Before I started using mouthwash with it in my mouth, it would start to smell after removing it. Overall, I am happy with it. I was recommended to try using this by a sleep specialist doctor to prevent sleep apnea. I did not want to have to use a CPAP machine.

I only gave 2 stars not due to the quality of the product, but rather I purchased it for my gf to assist with her snoring. But she is a tiny woman, (5'1", 98 lbs). The device is simply too large to fit in her mouth. Obviously, Amazon doesn't accept returns ok n this product but the company Zyappah says they offer a 91 day money back guarantee. I emailed them about the issue, but I am only getting the sounds of crickets..lol. If your a small person this product may not be for you.
