Pure L. Sakei Probiotic Powder 150 Billion+ CFU/gm

My brother told me about it, that the L. Sakei microbiota (probiotic powder) clears nasal mucus. Received it quickly (ice bags melted) - put in freezer, used the next day, been breathing mostly clear every night with just one dose. (METHOD: Mixed pinhead-sized cup [provided in sealed bag] of L. Sakei probiotic powder with drops of water in a small spoon using wooden toothpick, inhaled some into each nostril) Seems to work! Effectiveness: My brother said he found it about a year ago, and it worked.

For me this product was an answered prayer! I had a bacterial disease where I had to take antibiotics for over a year which after going off of my antibiotics I started getting really bad sinus headaches. I had sinus surgery which only gave me relief for a few short months. I stumbled upon this product and after using for only a few short weeks my headaches are gone and I finally feel back to my old self. As soon as I received the product I put it in the freezer. For use I splash a little bit of distilled water in a glass and then I use the Just a pinch (smallest of my measuring spoons) and put that in the water and mix up. I let it sit on the counter for 15 minutes and then I take a small sip of it and swish around and swallow. Then I take a Qtip and swirl it around in the mixture and I swab both nostrils twice and then drink the rest of the mixture. I do this for 4 days in a row and then I take 2 days off. Thank you Nasobiotex for such an amazing product and giving me my life back!

I bought this primarily for my son who has a constant post nasal drip, but since he's a little guy, I decided to experiment on myself first. While I don't suffer from ongoing, painful sinusitis like some of the other reviewers, I had a really bad sinus infection several years ago that left me with a significantly reduced ability to smell. Sometimes it's worse, sometimes better, but overall I really have to stick my nose in deep to smell anything. I'm currently on day 4 of L. Sakei and I'm kind of amazed... Starting today I can smell things, up close and from a distance. I was able to smell the Nasobiotex (Who knew it has a yeasty smell? Not me circa 3 days ago!). My very simple lunch has layers of flavor, too. In case it helps, I'll share my exact method. (Also, I hate the word snort--writing it, saying it, hearing it--so I want you to know I'm doing this out of my affection for you as a fellow human.) To deliver the L. Sakei as deep as into the nasal cavity as I can, I've been snorting it through a rolled up piece of paper. - To make the straw, cut a clean sheet of paper. - Roll it tightly around a pencil or pen. - Tape it down, then slide off the pencil. - I tried this with different pencil and pen widths and found that what works best is a wider straw that fits tightly in the nostril, almost no space around it. For the snorting, I place a clean piece of paper on the counter (a post-it note will do - not the sticky side, of course). - Place two scoops of L. Sakei on the paper, an inch apart. - Place the paper straw in one nostril and hold the other one closed. - Snort away. - Repeat on the other side. Next up, I give it to my son. 10 month Addendum: The new order does not have the strong effect the first order had. This could be due a difference in strength or because I've built up a tolerance to using it. My first order arrived cold in a styrofoam box. This second order arrived warm in a padded envelope. I tried it immediately with no noticeable thickening of the nasal rinse solution and no burning. However, my sinus condition improved within 24 hours so I will continue to use it. I recommend ordering during winter months. If a tiny little scoop is all you need, then this is plenty. If you put 1/4 teaspoon in your sinus rinse like one reviewer recommended, you've only got 8 days worth here. I now use a heaping scoop in a half bottle of salted sinus rinse. For the first two days, I tried it in my sinus rinse and with a concentrated mix applied with a q-tip. Both times, my sinuses started aching and I got a mild sinus headache for about a half hour. I also got less nasal drainage than usual. I'm not going to try snorting it because the crystals don't dissolve easily and I'm worried that they could cause damage to my sinuses in concentrated form. But I am inclined to continue the combination because it obviously is having some effect. I have non-allergic rhinitis. I was on antibiotics and prednisone for almost two years before I had sinus surgery. Now I get about one infection a year and live with a constantly runny nose. First I did a salt water rinse with a drop of baby shampoo to wash away the biofilm (to give probiotic better access to sinuses). Then I added 1/8 tsp to a half bottle of warm water. It hurt so bad it took me three tries over a half hour to use it up. The following day I tried it without the pre-rinse and I only used a couple of tiny scoops of powder and it still seemed to trigger pain. It also seems to be thickening the mucus but not really decreasing it. Three Month Addendum: Been using this episodically for three months now and it still hurts if I put more than 2 scoops in 1/2 a bottle of sterile water for a rinse. Nonetheless, the pain is tolerable and it definitely helps my sinuses. My sinuses were symptom free until I spent two days doing yard work and then the familiar stuffiness and bad odor returned. A full salt rinse followed by a half bottle with the probiotic has decreased all symptoms.

I want to thank the makers of this product. I have been using it for 3 days and am breathing clearer than I have in 6 years. I have had chronic sinusitis ever since I had a horrible case of strep throat in 2012. I was on 2 antibiotics. My sinuses have never been the same. I developed allergies that I never had before and my existing allergies got worse. I had constant inflammation, my eyes had black rings around them, constant sinus pressure that affected my eyesight. I tried everything, even saline rinses, and they only gave me temporary, mild relief. I even snorted probiotics before! But not this strain. Didn’t help. However, this product has made a huge difference in a very short amount of time. My sinuses are completely opened and are draining. I am breathing so well. I have not been able to breathe this clearly in 6 years. I am so thankful for this product. I put it on a q-tip and sniff it into each nostril. There is no burning or anything weird. Just relief! I have terrible sinus issues and I’m allergic to everything. I have allergic and non allergic rhinitis, so I have a runny nose and post nasal drip year round that can cause sinus infections and bad breath. After 2-3 days of using this, my post nasal drip and runny nose have stopped. In the mornings I flush my sinuses with 1/4 tsp salt and distilled water. Then I use my prescribed nasal sprays. After 30 mins to an hour, I snort one spoonful (tiny spoon provided) of the powder into each nostril using a straw. Like another reviewer said, I think it has helped my sense of smell too. The 2nd or 3rd day I used the powder, I knew my sense of smell was back bc I could smell the yeasty scent of the powder. I couldn’t smell it before. This stuff works, I with I had found it years ago. Be sure to keep it in the freezer as directed.
