The item didn’t work on me
I followed the instructions however didn’t fit in my mouth. wish I could returned it. Such a waste of money

quality good but size is nuts
overall size and comfort is amazing, but its so big that you cannot close your mouth. Drying out of your mouth in the night is crazy bad for you oral health and so this doesn't work for me.
