I've used this box a few times over the last 6 months and really like it! I plan to buy a medium or large size for alcohol and I'll say I haven't stored any sensitive items for more than a month so I've had no need to contact the emergency unlock service.

Amazing product and good company. The only complaint I have is the hole on the side used to charge a phone. I stored money in the box and could take some out through the hole. But as a college student with ADHD, I can also store my phone in here. It helps me stay focused. One time, I had to open it, and I was struggling to unlock it. I called the company. They told me to break it, and they were kind enough to send me a new one. I would highly recommend this

Surprised by how well this thing seems to be made, really solid feel in the hand. Good amount of space inside for phone, not a tablet. Has a cool, kind of Sci-fi look, wish they made a version with some RGB. Nice rounded corners, very tight seams. Even the rubber feet on the bottom are well attached. The 30 or so lock cycles I’ve run were good, just needs to complete a couple thousand more and I’ll be very happy. Only remote unlock is free, but it’s pretty idiot proof

Love your product, and simple to operate.

Mine does not work. It gives me an error code indicating that something is obstructing the lock mechanism, but there’s nothing blocking it. I guess I should’ve known better; the price is a little too good to be true for something like this. I’m sure many people have had a good experience with this lock box when it actually works, just be aware that you’re taking a gamble.

This lock box does and says exactly what it says in the description which is quite uncommon these days. So I personally think it's worth it. Also admittedly to help me with some of bad habits. Without saying too much now, I only have to make the right decision once a day. , Definitely beneficial.

I do not recommend this box if you're trying to lock up small things like pills, or cigarettes. The box looks and feels great, and there’s no issue using it operationally. However, when I purchased it, I didn’t realize there’s a 1.5 cm hole in the side of the box, intended to be used as a charger hole so you can charge a device while it’s locked inside. That’s fine if you have a phone or other largish device inside the box—there’s no way to pull it out through the hole. However, if you have, say, a bag of pills in the box, it would be fairly easy to stick some scissors in through the hole, cut the bag, and just shake it out. Similarly, even if you had a box of cigarettes inside you could probably figure out how to insert an implement like scissors or knife to cut open the pack, then use tweezers to pull out individual cigarettes pretty easily. So I feel the charging hole is a design flaw—or at least they should have made the hole significantly smaller.

I love this product! Most other timed lock boxes have an "emergency" button or feature that will unlock it before time has run out - which defeats the purpose if you're purchasing a timed lock box to save you from your own faulty will-power. This one does not. It truly locks for the amount of time you set it for, and will stay locked until then. It's built well and is very sturdy/high quality. But small enough that if there was really an emergency, you could probably break it open with some tools if necessary, but definitely not with bare hands. It gives you a warning after you set the timer before it locks, so if you realize you made a mistake after you close it, you have about 10-15 seconds to open it back up and correct the timer before it locks on you. Sleek look to it as well.
