Rubies IT TV Series: Pennywise Costume for Adults, Men's Standard

The mask fits really well. Turn it inside out and let it air out a few days before you use it. Everything was perfect.

For the money, it's a well built costume that is comfortable. At 6'1", 190 the "standard" fit a little too well. (No room for any clothing underneath) It fit, but depending on where your party will be, inside or outside, you may need a little room for some sort of sheer fitting underclothes etc just for warmth (if outside) so I sent it back for the XL. The XL is a much more comfortable fit with a little extra room. This costume is the original Pennywise costume from the 80's, just incase you're thinking about the recent "IT"movie. The mask is well built but a little cheesy. However, I guarantee it's scary to kids for what that's worth lol. I'm combining the old Pennywise clothing with the New Pennywise mask.

The costume looks better than expected. Mask is terrible though so I made my own.

It's a good costume, especially for the price. However, it does not come exactly as shown and that's why I'm not rating too highly. The colors and pattern are not as they appear in the product picture. The green, especially, is a darker shade. And do you see how the small pink stripe is right against the purple (just as it looks in the movie)? Well, on this costume, there are green stripes between the pink and purple. The pom-poms are different, too. Instead, they are those craft pom-pom balls. I removed them, bought some orange yarn, and made my own pom-poms. I've customized the costume even further with ribbon, blue satin on the cuffs, and extra ruffles at the bottom of the pants. I usually wear M and I ordered an XL because the movie costume is very poofy, but this one is not as big on me as I'd hoped. As others have mentioned, the glitter on the vest easily falls off, the gloves are a strange fit, and the mask was smooshed. Also, for some reason, tags were put inside the mask which flap right in your left eye. However, I planned on doing my own makeup and not wearing the mask, anyway. It's still a fun costume, and I hope everything turns out well this Halloween!

We had our daughter try this on before Halloween and withing a half and hour it developed 2 very large rips/tears on the main body of the costume. You can see in the pictures although we had repaired one rip at that time of taking the pictures. It was not tight fitting and was on her loosely so that is not the reason for the rips. Poor craftsmanship is more likely the culprit. We repaired what we could and sent her out on Halloween where then the gloves started to disintegrate and more tears appeared in the costume. If we didn't keep repairing it i`m sure we would have had a pile of rags by nights end. The only redeeming thing about this costume was the mask which was very good looking and quality.

It’s a great costume if u want to get a great scare out of someone

The mask is horrible. It is a half mask and It had a bad crease down the middle of it that you can not get out of it. Makes it basically unusable. So I bought a full latex mask that was way better quality. The costume fits small. I’m 5’9” 155lbs and the standard size was tight. When I bent over it felt like it would rip. I exchanged for an xl which fits a little big but feels more secure because it’s not going to rip when moving in it.

Just tried it on I’m 5’7 145 and the standard size fitted me comfortably , it is what it is , a costume, not a cosplay. Mask has a weird shape, hair looks wrong, it has a strong odor and arrived wrinkled With all being said daughter got terribly frightened by IT. I can’t wait to wear my costume this Halloween!
