UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: Once I posted the below review, Sansui reached out and offered me a refund. I then asked for a working monitor instead and they sent me one within 7 days. I have been using it for a few days now with no issues. However, the previous monitor didn't show any problem for a month. If this one fails, I will update the review again. But for now, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because there was no response to initial emails. They didn't respond until I gave a review. But once the company fully understood my dissatisfaction, they went full on to satisfy me. Their customer service has fully redeemed themselves. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Do not buy. It will not work after 1 month. I purchased it January 1, 2025. In February, the monitor began resetting itself periodically. It happened only a few times up until June. Now, every minute or so, the monitor resets itself. I emailed the company for help and no response. I am left with a complete piece of junk now.

Screen works perfectly. It's bright and clear. I didn't give 5 stars because it doesn't snap easily onto the stand. It's loose and wobbly, and thus doesn't even sit perfectly straight. I believe a better design would fix the issue. What I found out is that Sansui partners with many different manufacturers and puts their brand on the different items. It used to be a respected brand, but now you never know what you'll get, regarding quality.

I ordered this monitor along with a mini PC and gaming keyboard to replace my laptop that crashed. My original order arrived quickly and was a very simple set up. Unfortunately, the monitor was defective and did not function properly, flashing through a series of white, red, green, blue and black screens upon powering on, eventually emitting a loud static noise which then cracked and popped. Powering off/on yielded similar behavior, occasionally bringing up SANSUI logo or even my desktop view, but always with the static noise going to black screen. The DC plug fit loosely in the port and the on/off button was not working correctly. It took a long time to power up, once it actually came on. After several hours of trouble shooting, trying alternate outlets, DC, HDMI cords, system settings adjustments etc , with no resolve, I contacted amazon for a return/replacement. My replacement order arrived within one day. This monitor had a better fitting power cord, the power button worked properly and it came up within seconds. No loud static, color screen flashes or crackling and popping. I did order a better quality HDMI cable, not that the one it comes with is bad. The monitor size is perfect and the graphics clear. I did notice the built-in speakers aren't the best, but at least it has them! They are much louder and clear with headset on. I am not running games, or doing any special graphics, it is primarily for work, editing my website etc. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. My only complaint is the power cord plug, which is rounded at the end with a mini-arc of seemingly useless plastic sticking ot the end which covers both outlets from top or bottom so you can't plug anything else in. Great if you have rotating plug-in into outlet. I had to purchase a multi-plug power strip so the mini PC could plug in. Good size and price.

It's a nice monitor but its not 24 inches its actually 20.5 inches
