Extra Strength Hair Skin Nails, 5000mcg of Biotin (ct)

I do not really write reviews but have to based on the reviews i Read before i purchased this. I am a lover of Nature's Bounty, so i have nothing against the brand. i needed a biotin that will assist with my hair and Nails, so i went online and did a research and decided to settle for this. The Container came in sealed, not broken and easy to open. The reason i believe that most reviewers found it difficult to open the cap of the container is that, it requires a simple logic, that is the cap has to be pressed down while turning it anti-clockwise to open, if that is not done, it will not be easy to open the bottle. I also love the pear looking softgels, they look nice and small and easy to swallow. this is just my 4th day of usage but i decided to drop a review, i have not really noticed any change since it is too soon and i just started usage. This review is about the container and the look of the tablets or softgels and to assist some of the purchaser on how to open the bottle without having to cut it. i will update as i see the differences and changes, it's too soon to know

They're good

This product is working on me so good it almost scary. I'm 72 years old my face has lost almost all the wrinkles. My hair has grown about 3 inches and the bald spots are almost gone. My fingernails are the real reason I purchased this in the first place. I went from 185 lbs to 125 lbs within 3 months and I wasn't even trying to lose weight. That was during my husband's battle with cancer which, unfortunately he lost. Anyway, I ended up with nails that were horribly misshapen and actually peeling like an onion. I just noticed that my nails have lost almost all of the misshapen appearance and there's no more peeling and they have noticeably grown and are strong. It has to be this product that has made this dramatic change in my appearance. Now, just like the product states, I won't guarantee it will work this amazing way for you but I definitely think it's worth giving it a try.

My finger nails have been so thin and brittle for years and they break and split until I have to cut/file them down to the finger. I have been taking this supplement now for about 3 months and my nails have improved. My thumb nails were the worst, and I still have to work on them as they split, but I actually have gotten a little length to them, which is better than any other time. I will continue to take this supplement and hope for more improvement.

Since I started using this product my nails have improved tremendously! I haven't noticed a difference in my skin but I really didn't have a problem to start with. I'm sad to say that it hasn't really done to much to improve my thinning hair. I am a 79 year old female so this could be age and gender related. I'll continue to use this product because it has done wonders for my nails. They've never looked so good. Now if only they could get rid of the wrinkles and creases in my face!!!!!!!
