I have a deviated septum and use these at night to help me breath - they work! I stick one slowly down the narrow side first then bend around nose the other side and it opens the nostril. They help me to sleep and reduce snoring. In the morning my wife often reminds me I still have then strip on as I forget it’s there.

Strong adhesive that works even on oily skin and doesn't leave a residue, breathable plaster that doesn't leave marks.If I forget to put it on, I have a sore throat and dry mouth in the morning. They work!

I bought these as an experiment, to see if it makes a difference for my snoring problem. Strips do help open nasal canals and you can feel the immediate effect of better airflow when breathing, how much these help to reduce snoring is debatable as everyone has different issues when comes to snoring but it does help to open nose canals. The adhesive is strong and fits well, skin is not irritated after wearing it all night, can be a bit unpleasant when taken it off as it sticks quite well. Comfort is very good as it's barely noticeable after a few minutes after application.

I had to change brand as the ones I used to buy are no longer available on Amazon. Unfortunately these are a poor second best. I often find them uncomfortable and itchy so need to take them off soon after going to bed, and if I do get to sleep with them on they fall off during the night. Maybe they are just a bit smaller than my preferred brand. They do open the airways during the time that they are in place. I have given up with them.

Unfortunately adhesive wasn't good 😕

Bought a few of these & this product has the most reliable adhesion & a stronger internal 'spring' than the others too. Decent price, so I can't fault it.

These nasal strips really do work, I've been using them for about two weeks now and I have noticed such a difference ! Definitely will be buying more :)

Purchased these nose strips for my partner and they’ve made a huge difference. His snoring has noticeably reduced, and he breathes easier all night. The strips stay on securely until morning.
