La caja llegó en excelente estado, muy bien protegida dentro de dos cajas (la de Mattel y otra de ellos). La comunicación con el vendedor es de primera, cuentan con un equipo que responde todas tus dudas de forma clara y rápida. El envío tuvo un pequeño retraso en el empaque, pero me lo explicaron de inmediato y todo salió perfecto. Así deberían ser todos los vendedores: responsables, atentos y con precios justos. This doll comes as she is shown and described, as well as comes in a very decent box that she can be displayed in as she is a collectable doll not one that is meant to be played with. Very beautiful considering the high price that she was sold at.
