I bought 2 of them one for my cat and the other for my rabbit. They work great for the rabbit. I would find my rabbit on his cooling mat all the time during the warm months. I absolutely recommend for a rabbit!

I originally bought one of these for my cat and she didn't want anything to do with it. So my husband tried it saying maybe it'll keep him cool at night and it worked. Now that I'm having night sweats due to cancer, I'm using one myself and it is excellent. I'm no longer waking up to take blankets off because I'm hot and then waking up to put them back on again cuz I'm cold. I highly recommend for yourself

We bought this actually for a human ( my 13 year old). We recently heard you can add a pet cooling mat to a bed to help people who are hot all the time get cool at night to help with sleep. This mat was a mid-priced product and was a size that would allow us to tuck under a twin mattress. It was never cool to touch in our opinion. We washed it once on a speed wash cycle in cool water. Then my daughter tried this mat on her bed for a couple of nights and she reported it was a negligible difference if not hotter. We then tried it with our dogs before completely giving up, and they were actually not interested in laying on the mat at all. We are back to square one for my daughter. Our dogs have other Amazon pet purchases that they love. Ho Hum.

I got this cooling mat for when my doggie is with me at the pool. I thought it would be enough outside for the heat but it is not. Unfortunately this product is only good for inside like on the couch or on the bed where the inside room temperature is not so hot as outside. So we use it on the couch for my puppy to lay on and he loves it! It is cool to the touch so it keeps the promise of being a cooling pad. It is just not great for the 100 degree weather.

It does not cool. It is thin, and the material feels cool...but the pooch is still hot.The A/C is set at 76, so if the material kept her belly cool, she would not be panting. It would be worthless in a car or setup outside the ring at the dog show.

This is not cooling at all. Totally misleading ad! Sorry I bought it. It is just a piece of material.

I got this for my Husky, and it stays cools all day. He can also play with it and tries his Husky digging and so far after a few months he still hasn't dug a hole in it.Recommend too for anyone with large dogs. We have to fold the blanket in half for my dog to use.

This item has a cool touch to it, although the material seems thin, my cats really seem to enjoy it, especially during the hot days.
