Repurchased - had for years!
We have 4 animals so we’ve bought a few at different times. The oldest one is about 2 years old and still works perfectly fine. You can ding the collar to find it if it comes off or find you animal when they hide. Our cats like to pretend they are jungle cats so sometimes we can’t see them in taller bushes or they’ve lost their collars and we’ve had to retrieve them, this is very convenient and useful. Easy to set up, light, value for the money, easy to connect and monitor.

Perfect to keep track of your kids, pets, cars, purse, etc.
We bought this to put on our dog as she has a history of getting out of the house and running away. If it happens, we now have a way to find her. It works well and shows her exact location on the app. I would recommend buying a case for it to fit into that will attach their collar. It is very affordable and well made it. Apple does it again! I would highly recommend it!

A great investment.
If you have any important thing like a wallet you need to keep track of this is possibly the best product to keep it's location. This is because it's size and durability are practically unmatched. For a little test I've thrown mine against my wall several times, put it under a brick, yet this thing still works flawlessly minus a couple of scratches. The thing is a little bigger than a quarter and practically weightless despite it's seemingly complex tech. It's incredibly unnoticeable unless it's out in the open. My favorite feature is that you can rename it in the "find my" app, which means you have have dozens of the identical things an know which goes to what. Overall, it has great value for the money spent on it.

Not the best but better than nothing
Bought this to track my e-bike and it well does its job but I think it only works when around other iOS devices. I had a relative test it out by riding my bike and it kept losing tracking. It does keep tracking if it’s by crowded areas though. Not while it’s moving. So if your stuff gets stolen or lost on a trail or hike then that’s gone. It could be helpful for stuff in your house like if you want to find your car keys or maybe a remote just something you’d want to keep track of indoors or like places like the gym or grocery store.

Great in Urban Areas, Not Reliable for Remote Camping or Pets
I bought two of these for a camping trip along with dog collars designed to hold them. In theory, it seemed like a good way to keep track of the dogs. In practice, it wasn’t the right use case. We were camping in northern Michigan, and AirTags rely on nearby Bluetooth devices to update location. In a remote area with very few people or devices around, that system just doesn’t work well. If a dog had gone missing out there, these wouldn’t have been very helpful. Thankfully, no dogs went missing. Since then, I’ve repurposed them—one is now in my backpack and one in my wallet. For urban or populated areas, they work great. Location updates are reliable, setup is easy, and they’re very convenient for everyday items. Pros: • Easy setup • Works well in cities and populated areas • Great for wallets, bags, and everyday items Cons: • Not reliable in remote areas • Not a true GPS tracker • Not ideal for tracking pets in wilderness settings These are great tools when used correctly. Just don’t rely on them for pet tracking in remote or rural areas—they’re much better suited for everyday items in places with plenty of Bluetooth traffic.

Game-Changer for Tracking Your Stuff — Peace of Mind in a Tiny Chip
Here’s my honest review of the Apple AirTag, the little tracker that’s surprisingly powerful and unbelievably helpful. I use mine attached to my dog’s AirTag collar attachment (on my Shiba Inu’s tick prevention collar) so it’s on him 24/7, and honestly it’s so reassuring. Whether we’re out walking, he’s in the yard, or anywhere in town, I know I can quickly check his last known location if I ever need to. Why this is worth it: ✨ Super easy setup, just pair it with the Find My app on your iPhone and you’re good to go. ✨ Seamless Apple integration, it works flawlessly with iPhones, iPads, and the Find My network for location updates. ✨ Long battery life: the replaceable battery typically lasts about a year before you need to swap it out. ✨ Compact, lightweight design, so small that even on a dog collar it doesn’t feel bulky at all. ✨ Accurate enough for everyday use, Bluetooth + Find My network give you reliable location details when you need them. A few things to know: ⚠️ Not a real GPS tracker: it doesn’t broadcast its own location like a GPS device; it updates location when it connects to nearby Apple devices. ⚠️ Best with Apple ecosystem, it’s designed for iPhones, so Android users won’t get the full experience. ⚠️ Speaker isn’t super loud so it can be quiet in noisy environments. Overall, this little gadget has been incredibly helpful. I love the peace of mind it gives me knowing that I can track where my pup was last seen, it’s simple, dependable, and worth the purchase if you’re already in the Apple ecosystem. Would definitely recommend! 🐾📍
