Great snack for those who need to control their sugar intake
Being diabetic, finding a snack that fits my diet AND taste good is near on impossible. When I started with the cereal I found these cookies. Not only did they not taste like balsa wood and filler putty, rather actual vanilla! I know everything in moderation, but these, well I don’t feel bad physically or mentally if I eat them.

ELEVEN NET CARBS NOT 5, NOT EVEN LOW CARB
The formula/recipe is different since the last time I had these. Previously the outer cookies were super dense and hard to bite, the chocolate was not dark and didn't actually have the black cocoa taste unique to Oreos (and off brand Oreos) but still so good for the mint. Didn't care for the vanilla or chocolate with vanilla centers, the taste was way off, but the mint ones had enough flavor to make them really good. Taste alone is improved and gets a 5 but ELEVEN net carbs, this is NOT LOW CARB anymore. If it had 3-5 net carbs in 2 cookies, I'd give it a 5 all around. But since it's so high in carbs it's just not worth it. Several of mine were broken and if the carbs had not increased by 40%, I wouldn't even care because they are that good. They actually taste like an Oreo with that black cocoa and the mint is great. But since it's supposed to be keto friendly and it's not and the false advertising says 5 net carbs but the product packaging clearly shows SEVEN, 3 stars is all you get from me.

The only enjoyable alternative
Great ingredients, great taste - enjoyable enough in taste to be a more-than-fair substitute to the unhealthier alternatives. Great texture - not crumbly, grainy nor chalky. Nice thickness - not thin. Not dry - I leave the container open to let the cookies soften, as I prefer it that way. Beats all the other low-sugar options I've tried. I've received a few batches where the flavor was off, or they were past expiration, but lately they have all been consistently good. Product is expensive, so I'll have one or two cookies per day.

A good compromise of healthy and tasty
A little on the dry side, but still tasty. There is no protein flavor to speak of. Good size, the same as an Oreo. A bit expensive for just an Oreo knock off, but if you want quality ingredients it could be for you. Seems like a good compromise between healthy ingredients and taste. They were very fresh, but a bit hard texture wise. Very crunchy.

Not Merely Expensive -- Dangerous Too
As others mentioned, the texture is granular. But, that's not the worse part or parts about it: - The ingredients stick to the teeth. So, I spent a lot of time just trying to rinse and scrape the extremely moist and sticky material away from between and on the surfaces of my back teeth. It's gross. - Even though a cookie doesn't have high sugar content, it tastes far too sweet, and salty. Two cookies equal 120 mg of salt, which means if you eat just seven cookies, you're receiving several hundred milligrams of unnecessary salt. - The seven cookies are 1/3rd of the entire tray of only 21 cookies total. These cookies are way too expensive. It's sad that people take advantage of those of us who must eat gluten-free foods by doubling or tripling the cost for sandwich cookies, as compared to wheat-based products, especially now that there are so many gluten-free products available on the market. And, at least with this product, the ingredients are easy and inexpensive to source. - I have allergies. I've found through trial and error that I can eat products with some small amount of one of the allergen, as long as I take an antihistamine. So, this was supposed to be a rare treat for me. Except... - The product page inaccurately describes the risk. The manufacturer and seller aren't honestly showing the dangers of it to people with allergies via the second image or any of the text. Per the back of the physical package (see photo): "Made in a bakery that also has peanuts, treenuts, egg, soy." I wouldn't have ordered this product had I known beforehand about the cross-contamination risks. This was a complete waste of money.

Flavor and texture like Oreos
I was happily surprised by the mint chocolate cookies. It’s very close in texture and taste to Oreos. I don't like Catalina cereal and this isn’t that. ~53 and a born diabetic.

Peanut butter cookies??
These cookies didn’t taste well. They weren’t crunchy but more soft and mushy!! They tasted sweet somewhat and grainy also! They definitely were not stale just not crunchy. The sugar content is low and I suggest you try them out yourselves!

Tasty and Satisfying
Ordered these cookies to give them a try and loved them! Only complaint is that some of the cookies were crushed but that doesn’t change the fact that they were so good. They were rich, full of flavor, fresh and satisfying. Texture was crunchy and they’re Keto friendly with no artificial flavors or sweeteners. These didn’t disappoint.
