I began trying this a week or two ago. Almost immediately I began remembering dreams when I woke up. Something I have not done in a very long time. I don't know about third eye awakening, but I have sure been dreaming a lot more. Hopefully they will help in more ways as I continue taking them.

What a powerful supplement! The taste is a bit intense, so I’d suggest drinking it down with orange juice or something. But its effects are powerful on opening your third eye. I’ve noticed a softness surrounding my energy since starting. I also sleep great. It took a couple weeks to have the full on effect, but my dreams are incredibly lucid these days. And I even scared my partner a couple times with my intuition. Even though it is pretty expensive, having a deeper connection to yourself and the Universe is invaluable.

About 5-10 min after taking the first capsule with food, I started to feel flushed, panicky, my throat started closing up and it was hard to swallow! I have never had anything like this happen to me before. I took a couple Benadryl and had an epi-pen ready, but fortunately symptoms went away after an hour or so after chugging water. It was freaky! I experimented the next day and broke open one of the capsules and mixed about 1/4 of the powder from the capsule with water and drank it. Sure enough about 5 min later, my throat started swelling again. Not sure which ingredient my body didn’t like, maybe the Amla or schisandra as I think I have had all the others before. Be careful!

On my second day of taking I shared a week’s worth with a friend. By her second day, she ordered her own. Feel so alert, confident, & peaceful. Friend also. On the 3rd day we discovered we both spent the day organizing our respective bedrooms. We live miles apart. We both love how it’s making us peaceful and productive.
