ARKANTOS Pilates Reformer Machine Foldable, Reformer Pilates Equipment for Gym Workout and Home Use, Suitable for Intermediate and Beginners Users

Arrived 5 days early from the shipper. Easy to put together, took me about 40 minutes Very happy with the over all aesthetic based on that it matches my house & sunroom. The room I have it in is about 12x12 & fits perfectly I do not plan on ever really folding it up, but it does seem very easy to if needed. Because of the color & the feminine aspect to it (not bulky) it does not bother me like other equipment would. Have used it every day since buying. VERY excited & happy. Such a great purchase based on price. Been getting incredible work outs with it & hope to see more from this seller/store very soon. Great quality & Glides very well!

This machine comes almost fully put together. Its a great size for the space I have and was easy enough for me to ut together almost fully on my 1 hour lunchbreak. I ran into an issue with the arm bar that attaches due to the screws being so unbelievably tight, i could not get them unscrewed. I literally had to bring it to work, have it put into a vice, have the only guy there hold one side with pliers and the other with the Allen wrench. We went through three allen keys to get this thing off. I even put WD40 into the screw hole to loosen it to no avail. Once that screw was finally loosened, i brought the arm bar back home and easily installed it. My son and I had fun learning all the different ways to use it which put me down a youtube rabbit hole of beginners pilates videos. I am excited to use it more.

I love this reformer. I didn’t want to cough up the money and go to Pilates classes since they’re so expensive, so I wanted to do it from home and I don’t regret it. It doesn’t feel flimsy or like it’s going to break when I’m on top. A lot of the pieces detach so you can fold it up, and it does have some small wheels to help you wheel it around, but it’s actually a little heavy. I set it up so I don’t continue folding it down. The resistance bands are rubber and black. The straps seem sturdy and when you first pull it out they will seem long. You can shorten the straps, the easiest way is when it’s folded up. There are two knobs that you turn and you pull the bands through to shorten or lengthen the reach, and then you tighten the knobs again. I’ve had it for 5 months now and it still works great.

The reformer works well and I love that it easily folds up so you can store it. The only problem is that I’m too tall for it. I’m 5’7” which is above average for women, but not by that much. I wish the reformer was a little longer or at least had an option to adjust the parts for those of us who are tall

Like many others, I just did not want to commit to $200 per month to attend pilates classes. I did a lot of research & decided a foldable pilates reformer was something worth giving a try. This machine arrived within 3 days (about 3-4 days sooner than expected) and was not difficult to assemble. Adjusting the ropes was the only thing that was a little time consuming but that is only because I kept adjusting after each workout to find my perfect fit. Now that I have them set to what works best for my height, I won’t have to worry about that anymore. This machine works great & is good value for your money. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Too weak. It loses the parts very quickly. It makes sounds so you get afraid and you can’t return.

This was a good investment for me because I don’t have to keep spending hundreds for classes. It came in 3 days early and was easy to set up though you might need assistance from another person. Keep in mind that it does take up some space so make sure you have enough room to move around before you purchase. It feels very sturdy and works fantastic for the price. I do find that putting on and taking off the springs can be difficult since all the springs resists heavily and may snap on your fingers if you’re not careful. My only complaint is how I am 5’0 yet I struggle to fit length-wise sometimes. My head doesn’t fully fit on the head rest part and juts out a little when I lay down. I wish they extended the head rest further out. Also, the part where your body lays on is very short compared to the reformers in class. I can’t imagine anyone being taller than 5’2 will fit comfortably on this reformer. Other than that, it works well so far!
