The only thing they could improve is the buckle. You have to exert a lot of force to stretch and be able to close the buckle that holds the bike frame. Everything is perfect.

I really needed bike rack to carry my bike for our camping trip. This one checks all the boxes . Easy to assemble, instructions were clear and once the setup is complete it holds my bike firm. It took me 15-30mins to install it completely. Best part, it can be brought down without removing to access hatchback.

Product is good but the shipping really sucks. They tell ya one date then oh it’s delayed 4 days later it shows up. WTF Amazon.

Product came pretty quick purchase this item Saturday and it just got here about 30-45 minutes ago. The package wasn't damaged to bad or anything it was in decent shape, was taped up as well as had staples on the side to hold it together. When I open up the package and begin to reading the instruction I noticed that I'm missing pieces to assemble the bike carrier correctly. According to the instructions there should be five bolts and five nuts but it's clearly not here. This had to be a resale (used product) because the missing pieces and the scratches and I'm pretty sure I didn't pay for a used item. So hopefully I can still put it together correctly if not I'll have to go find the missing pieces. Overall product ok
