After a very disappointing service from Eureka Forbes, I found one of the best underrated water filter from Kinsco. Comes with a pre-filter candle, the water tastes very natural and the water pressure is also upto the mark. Hasn't leaked at all. This is a premium product at a very affordable price.

Extremely disappointed with this product — it has functioned for barely 30–35 days in two months of purchase. The rest of the time, I’ve had to buy water from the market. Shockingly, the unit had stopped working even during installation, but the technician — who was working on a third-party payroll — somehow managed to make it appear functional just to stay in the company’s good books. This clearly highlights why people prefer reputed brands — they offer genuine quality, reliability, and proper after-sales support. Despite several calls to customer care, there’s been no satisfactory resolution. Honestly, even if it’s repaired now, I have no confidence it will last, given the poor build quality and unprofessional service experience.

Very bad experience overall: the dimensions mentioned are completely off. Even after speaking to Kinsco they communicated dimensions mentioned by Amazon only. Now we have bought can had to break things just to fix the water purifier and KINSCO has stopped taking calls. Even the accessories in the water tank were not opening as 1 screw was not opening. So hence overall a very troublesome and difficult experience
