Why did you pick this product vs others?: Size 6 shorts are too long and the waistband was a bit small for my almost 6-year-old who is on the slim side. Would prefer a higher-quality waistband with some wiggle room to it instead of just an elastic band.

Adorable, soft, true to size and lightweight for summer/warm weather. The set has a slight heathered look to it and the vinyl has held up great with machine washing.
