It is a good product. I used to take 2 capsules daily for one and a half container. Then I reduced to one capsule per day and my dryness issues and burning sensation are no more bothering me. I recommend it

It does work. I was not able to apply it to a situation that would have really proven its efficacy; however, with LOTS of water, I can see how it amazing it is. It is worth the purchase. Unfortunately, it did suppress my appetite--which I did not want as a side effect. I am 89 lbs and 4'11. For someone who is getting a healthy amount of "D" and consistently, this is the product for you! Also, if you are looking through the lens of menopause or homonal imbalance, vaginal dryness should not be another issue you should face. This product should be in your toolbox.
