The mix is easy to use. The color of the cocoa is very pleasing. My only issue is I am trying to find a cocoa mix with shaved chocolate. Until I do this will work.

I’ve had the white choc and regular hot choc flavor which I loved. This salty caramel is SO strong and tastes like bitter cocoa powder. Even a huge portion of whipped cream didn’t help. Such a waste of money.

Loved this place since I went to the UK and tried it in-store. This is my favorite hot chocolate after the original version from whittard. Take note, this must be prepared on a stove with milk or some milk substitute. definitely not suitable for microwave hot chocolate.

This is really nice mint hot chocolate. It is decadent and luxurious and feels like a real treat. Easily dissolves. Very tasty.

The product itself is very good. There was a small issue with the delivery but it was handled very well by the customer support and they delivered me a replacement very quickly, thanks to them!

I bought the Hotel Chocolat equivalent but as it contains milk, my girlfriend couldn't have it so I bought her this instead. The caramel taste in this is better, more pronounced and it tastes like a hot liquid Mars Bar, although the salt is very mild. The chocolate in the Hotel Chocolat version is better, it seems richer and smoother but the caramel isn't as strong and again, the salt is barely there. Both are excellent but it depends if you value the chocolate or the caramel more, and if you need something without dairy or not. Or buy both and blend them! 4 stars due to the salt being a bit weak and the price.
