I am astounded that amazon.in did NOT specifically mention that this product is for US ie 120 voltage. This is NOT used in India and the product is basically useless in India. This is NOT honest and i want a full refund. Otherwise I shall go to the Consumer Court.

My night guard was heavily gunked up, put it in this machine 4 times at maximum length and it didn't really remove anything. So I added polident tablet to it and let it run it's cycle. Did this about 6 times and it removed most of the gunk from the night guard. So I don't know if it's the machine or the polident tablets that removed the gunk. It maybe the combination of both.
