Works well. Customer service can be improved. If you have a gas pipeline rather than a cylinder, you would need to get the company to modify the burner. This is done by additional charge

I am extremely disappointed with my Elica 4-burner gas stove. It suddenly stopped working and made a loud bursting/dum sound, which was very scary and felt unsafe for my family. This kind of issue is dangerous and completely unacceptable for a kitchen appliance. What is even worse is the poor service support. I am unable to find proper service or immediate help when it is most required. A brand like Elica should ensure safety, reliability, and quick service, but this experience has been the opposite. Because of this incident, I have lost trust in the product and the brand.

I recently bought the Elica Vetro 3 Burner Auto Ignition Gas Stove, and it has performed very well. The auto-ignition is glitch-free, burners are even in flame, and glass finish makes the finish look premium and quick to clean. Overall, it's stylish and reliable for daily cooking.
