I recently purchased the UPERFECT Portable Monitor from Amazon, and I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service. The setup was super simple — just plug and play. It worked instantly with my MacBook and also connected easily to my phone and gaming console. The display quality is excellent — sharp, bright, and color-accurate. The build quality feels premium, and the smart cover that doubles as a stand is really convenient, especially for travel. The sound quality from the built-in speakers is quite good too for such a slim design. What impressed me most was the seller’s support. They were constantly in touch and very helpful in solving a small issue I had after purchase. Their prompt and friendly responses really made the experience even better. Overall, this monitor has been a fantastic addition to my setup. It’s perfect for work, travel, and entertainment. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended — both the product and the seller!

Monitor is so nice for PS5 game play,watch video etc with a wide 18.5 inch screen.Good built quality.Only problem was protective case was not there which was in the advertisement.Even though Uperfect fulfilled the needs afterwards.

Love the monitor and It worth every penny, the colors are very real and clear to the eyes , its an excellent product especially if your on a budget .

Very good portable monitor for working remotely. Powered by USB-C connected to the laptop, only one cable provided to connect which is practical . The only missing is the case to protect it. I recommend it.

Very nice monitor with light weight and I build stand. Direct usb-c connection works fine. Packing was very good. Uperfect after sales team is very supportive. Would try their QHD products when they reach reasonable pricing :)

Product is good, slim and woking great ! Had some issues with the fact that the seller is unable to update the pictures in the product description, hence the item comes without the protective sleeve. Issue was solved by contacting the Uperfect customer support and getting a refund with the value of a third party protective sleeve. Initially gave 3 stars for it, but after dealing with their customer support and solving the problem, I can only say that I am happy with the purchase. Let's see how the product will handle the passing of time.

I recently purchased the UPERFECT 18.4” 4K Portable Monitor and noticed that the display has a consistent blue tint, especially visible on white backgrounds (e.g., slides, documents, web pages). Pure white appears bluish, making it difficult to use the monitor for office work. I have already tried the following steps with no success: Adjusted color temperature, brightness, hue, and contrast via the OSD menu Switched between different built-in color modes (Standard, Movie, etc.) Performed Windows Display Calibration

Quick delivery and amazing service. When I received the monitor I was quite frankly amazed by the picture quality. Clear, bright and vibrant colours. Far superior to my laptop screen. The menu button felt a bit flimsy, but that is due to the limitations in size. A minor aesthetic, not functional, flaw was that the input ports don't sit 100% straight in the cut outs. I tested it for one day before I put it aside for a planned trip. Unfortunately, the screen showed vertical lines when I took it out the second time. So, why do I give 5 stars? For the amazing service Uperfect provided. I made a claim and without any hesitation a replacement was offered. Nothing special, right? What complicated the process was my move overseas two days after I discovered the fault. Jesscy (service team member) said that this wouldn't be a problem at all, as they are active in Europe as well. Unfortunately, this specific model wasn't available in Europe and I could choose which model I'd like instead. Although, being a public holiday I received my new monitor four days later in my new home overseas. Jesscy even apologised for not providing me with a tracking number before the monitor arrived and made sure that I'm satisfied with the replacement. But, that's for another review.

Great screen so far. Had an issue with the original screen but contacted support and their customer service was very prompt and refreshingly helpful from their support team member Jesscy. The new screen came the next day and if I have another issue im confident that it will be rectified very quickly.

I've had the monitor for less than a month, it's been working as advertised. It replaced my traditional desktop monitor and I set it up with a multidirectional stand that clamps to my desk and I've saved a lot of space. Traditional monitors can do that too but this one can become portable when I need to so that's a good plus. It's also very affordable compared to others with the same specs. Hoping that it'll be durable.

I’ve been using the UPERFECT touchscreen as a second display for a week now, and it has genuinely transformed my busy workflow in the office. It has an amazing image quality that really impressed me. Colors are vibrant, text is razor-sharp, and the refresh keeps scrolling and video silky-smooth. I spend hours in Excel and Lightroom, and everything looks great with zero ghosting. It was really easy to connect, just plug a simple USB-C cable was all it took, no problem! The touch feature is a great add on and it feels as fluid as a huge tablet. The hardware seems sturdy and resilient but the screen is surprinsingly slim and very light and easy for travel. Great value. At this price it rivals (and beats) many desktop monitors that don’t offer touch, 120 Hz, or USB-C single-cable convenience. I recommend also purchasing a travel case to make it perfect for commuting. Overall, I love the product as an exceptional, versatile monitor that rocks well above its weight (and price). Highly recommended for anyone who needs a spacious portable display for work or creative tasks.
