It truly calmed during anxiety. To take the edge off you can take one but two makes you feel calm without drowsiness. You can continue to go about your day without any stress and with a clear head. It truly calms you down. I wish I found this sooner. I am looking to buy these in bulk.

Dont feel any difference, cant take a few in a row, no effect still anxious and nervous

Product is basically tissue salts. Very expensive for the small quantity supplied and tablet strength is half that offered by others
