These pretzels were a solid surprise. Like most high-protein snacks, they’re a little drier than regular pretzels, but that’s totally expected and didn’t take away from enjoying them. The flavors are good, the crunch is satisfying, and the protein content really makes them stand out. What I liked most was how convenient they were as a mid-day snack. Being able to grab a few quickly when you need something filling but not heavy is clutch. They’re great for staying on track with protein goals while still feeling like you’re having a real snack. Definitely something I’d keep stocked for busy days.

I don't usually like pretzels because they are dry, no taste and of course no protein. I love these protein pretzels!!! I am all about protein and these are small with great taste. Great for a snack for work. Love them!!

These protein pretzles are good, full stop. Not just good for "health food", but as good as most average snacks. I would not choose these over my favorite regular chips, but I would choose them over all the weird flavors of normal chips, chip makers insist on throwing at the market. There is a bit of a weird aftertaste, thats the only real negative with these pretzels besides the ridiculous price tag. The flavor is savory with some spice. Other users compare them to Flaming Hot Cheetos but I dont see that at all, the Cheetos are just an overpowering single pepper note, where as these are more of a salty spicy savory concoction. If you can justify the price, these things really are as good as the hype. I just dont know how often I will choose to spend the money on them.

Oh my gosh !!! What a fantastic flavor. I don't care for" hot " that burns my mouth, and you cannot taste anything else. These are just hot enough to open your sinuses,and still feel your tongue after. Great crunch, not gritty !! WOW ..FINALLY A GREAT PROTEIN SNACK, AND no one will know it's good for you!!.THANK YOU !!

I was skeptical with these at first. High protein snacks usually dont taste great...but I was wrong! THESE ARE AMAZING! I got the everything seasoning flavor and they are great! Perfect crunch packed with great flavor!! I dip mine with some spreadable cheese for a perfect before bed snack! Great for dipping. 2 servings in each bag so its 28g protein for the whole bag.

These did not taste like pretzels at all! They didn't taste bad, but the taste wasn't what I was expecting. None of my family likes them.

I'm going to give this two stars because the product does exactly what it says it does. Provides fiber and protein and you get a lot of pretzels in the bag. However, that is where the positive ends. Unless you enjoy the taste of dog kibble, which I do not. I received the package yesterday, and was genuinely excited to try them but when I tried one, I was immediately like, "woof..." the smell and taste both remind me of dry dog food. Now, being a perimenopausal woman, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going crazy. Hormones. Changes in taste buds. Maybe it was just me. So, I kept my poker face and offered the bag to my 19 year old. She was more than happy to try them until she actually ate them. Her immediate reaction was, "these taste like dog food!" To which, my next victim, or as he prefers to be called, my husband, was surprised by the outburst. So, to see if perhaps it was just us girls, I had my husband try one. While he did not have the same visceral reaction, he refused to eat more. So, our next option was the dogs themselves! One of our boys sniffed it and licked it and walked away without eating it. Our other dog happily gobbled it down. Now, today, wanting to give them a chance, I brought a package to lunch with peanut butter. I did manage to eat about half a bag, so if you like eating peanut butter and are willing to eat a tablespoon for each pretzel, go for it. Now, since I am in an office setting and wanting to provide a review (and also, get my money's worth), offered the offending pretzels to my coworkers. They were not impressed. So, if you like dog food, these are the pretzels for you!

These are a GREAT snack. They will keep you full and really hit the spot with all the protein and fiber. They satisfy the munchy crunchy cravings and are a snack that works FOR you. Flavor is pretty good - you can tell they are high protein though. I would give them 5 stars but the price point is prohibitive. They are pretty expensive per bag. I would buy them MUCH more often if they could get the price down to closer to $1.50 per bag. Over $3 per bag is hard for me to justify very often. How about 12 for the $20 price tag??? PLEASE??? I will stick with Quest protein chips for weekly use and buy these on occasion. If you don't mind the price and want a high protein snack that is also impressive for fiber content I recommend giving these a try.
