A good brush for a shedding dog. Cleans itself. Just push the button a few times and it pushes the hair out of the brush.

Ok, received delivery last night,took it out and gave my old long haired husky a brush down. Worked well, the hair ejection was great found a light spray of water to get rid of static really helped too. People who deal with long hair animals will appreciate this brush. Specially those who dogs who do not like grooming

I love the hertzko self cleaning slicker brush! This is my 3rd one. My kids keep stealing them for their animals. It’s easy to use. I have arthritis and the button to retract the bristles is really easy to push. I appreciate how easy it is to keep clean as well. They’re very durable, lightweight and comfortable to use. It’s a quality product for a great price.

We have a Yorkie mix and in the summer we keep his hair short since it's so hot but keep some length on his tail. When I received this we opened it up to test. The push button feature to clean the hair seems to work perfectly BUT the bristles on the standard brush are INCREDIBLY scratchy. My dog backed away a bit after running this down his back and I don't use much pressure since his hair is pretty short. I ran this down my arm and it actually hurts..a bit like little needles scraping your skin. We're going to return this and try the sensitive brush which has the coated tips on its bristles and see if that works better! Crossing our fingers because we don't really need a deshedding tool since his hair is more 'human like' and there's not really a thick undercoat. Great concept and probably perfect for thicker coats but just didn't work for our fur baby.

This is a must for dog hair. It’s incredible. I really like that no touching hair after brushing. Push the button and comes out in a solid piece. No need to touch anything. My golden and I both love it. You won’t regret this purchase!
