First was told the item is not returnable. Then went in endless circles on the "customer service" section of the Amazon website. Finally spoke to a rep who spoke English with such a strong accent that I could understand almost nothing they said. Really Amazon, is this any way to treat your customers? Bottom line: Solgar good, Amazon bad. Bad enough I start to wonder if I really should be using Amazon as much as I do in future.
