Item didn’t reach me.
I am updating my review as I found the package in the storage we have. It seems like the driver kept it in there to protect it from rain. Love the product.

Bad service - good product
First placed the order for Ivory color ! I received a pink one . I cannot keep pink and it’s for my boy . The caddy is nice i liked it genuinely so I ordered replacement and asked to send the right color this time ! But , No ! After waiting for another 3 days I received the exact pink caddy that I sent to be replaced . Very bad service . At this point I think they don’t have the other colors so they trying their luck by giving out pink ones .

Very disappointed. I ordered an ivory bag which was shown to have ivory trim in the photo. When I received it, the trim was brilliant white. Not only does it not match the bag, it makes it look very cheap. I went to return the bag and was expected to pay postage to return it. Not good.
