These mummy's are great. They taste amazing. Not like traditional gummy vitamins. They definitely help with balancing my hormones before my period and during my period. They were definitely a game changer. The price is great, easy to chew and the texture doesn't make me want to cringe.

Ok, so these work and do what they are supposed to, but the taste is awful. Tastes overly metallic at the end.
