Great all around headset!
As a audiophile I wasn’t sure what to expect especially after doing research and reading so many varied reviews so here my honest opinion from various use (mostly music and for work/phone calls all day). Arrived fully charged and was super easy to setup. Just know they are “only” wireless and no backup 3.5mm or USB audio connection (can only charge and no audio connection which is a flaw in my opinion). They are very nice quality and pretty much resemble airline/cockpit cans/headsets, lol. They don’t save your height/adjustments but are on smooth arms along each side and very easy to adjust. I wouldn’t say they are light nor heavy either so a very good balance. Maybe a bit tight grip over the ears but not enough to be a bother. So you are able to wear them all day for work, like I do, and are very comfortable. The mic is one of the best there is (it’s between these and the Beyerdynamic MMX300), and just great quality. As for audio quality they are good but not great (the Beyerdynamic ones are way better but missing crucial feature like the app/eq control). They have good top end and highs but seriously lacking in the lows (as expected with Bluetooth/wireless only connections) so just know that going into it. And one of their best features is the app/software and being able to fine tune both the listening eq as well as the mic eq, adjust the volume of hearing yourself in the mix, and see status/battery levels…All of which are missing from others that might have better audio quality but missing all of those extra features (looking at you Beyerdynamic, lol). So if you don’t need high resolution/high fidelity then these are just about the best there is right now.

Very comfortable
Great headphones, very comfortable, decent noise reduction, the removable mic doesn't seem to pick up every noise in the room. Can wear for an extended game session and not get a headache. Can wear with glasses and not have any discomfort. This is actually my second pair, so I have a pair in my office and the family room. Keeps a charge.

Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Xbox Gaming Headset Durability 👍
Possibly one of the best I've used. Audio quality is acceptable but the reason we picked Razer was for durability and some degree of comfort. It's early days, but the durability is definitely apparent and Re: comfort- sometimes the only reminder that we're wearing the headset is the occasional 'low battery' warning 😂

Worst Experience Ever
I got this headset in June on 2024. I loved using it, the sound quality and mic where great. Here comes where the 1 star comes from, if your looking for a long lasting headset, then this isn't the product for you. I only owned this headset for 8 months until out of no where the plastic parts that hold the screws into the piece that connects the headphones to the headband broke. sending pieces of plastic all over my room. You may be asking what did I do to cause this kind of thing to happen. Well I took the headset off my head like any normal person would. If you think that is crazy and shouldn't have happened, well so did I. This is where I had the worst interaction with customer support I have ever had. Right from the start the person on the other end is saying that it is my fault that the internal plastic that holds the screw together broke and that this isn't covered under the warranty. Keep in mind that I have never thrown or hit this headset as I paid good money on this. I have never been so disrespected by not 1 but 2 separate people in customer support. I have shown friends this and explained it exactly how this is written and well every last one of them said this couldn't be "user induced". TDLR; If you want a headset that costs $200 that will only last 8 months and then be disrespected by the Razer Customer Support Team, then by this headset. Otherwise go look at some other options.

Good device for the price
Great value for your money love the colors that come from the side of it. Noise cancellation is pretty good. I use it on calls that said it's a little durable, but don't drop it off your head or fall out of your chair.
