I had a wedding to attend. My long gown had slits to the knee. I'm old and don't want my bare legs showing, but my shoes were open toe. I had no idea this design even existed, as I haven't worn sheer stockings in years. Mostly when I go to a fancy event, I wear dressy slacks. I read all the reviews and warnings about how easily damaged they are, but I put on medical gloves as advised. Wore them from 4:30 to 10 pm. Used the restroom, danced vigorously, and when I got home, they were still undamaged. They are very sheer. I guess if someone looked at my feet very closely, they might see that my toes were slightly different from my legs and ankles. (No one said anything, of course). I'm glad to have three pair, which will be enough to handle my fabulous lifestyle for quite a while.

These ripped so easy! They came with a glove to put them on with, which I had never thought of doing. It was just an oversized clear plastic glove like you’d see someone in a cafeteria working with. Anyways, despite wearing the gloves and being very delicate they ripped before even getting them all the way on.

The feel of these hose was wonderful. I heeded the warning to wear gloves when putting them on (the gloves came with the package) and they did not run. Wore them all evening, and they performed well. My only problem was the thread that goes between the toes was annoying and a little painful. I think that was my problem, not the fault of the manufacturer. But overall they were beautiful and durable. I will buy from this company again.

I love the way they look, but the first time I wore them they ran up both legs. And I was very careful when putting them on. They ran on one side when I put them on, and the other leg ran the first time I pulled them up.
