Be consistent taking the pills I take once a day
I see a difference in my skin it's like my wrinkles are going away. I've taken the pills for about 2 months. I'm 61 yrs old. I've noticed around my forehead, eyes, and around my fround line near my mouth.

Not effective for me
I didn't notice a difference. I tried upping my dose to two a day, but I still didn't see any benefits.
