We bought this to replace our non- working Kuerig and I cannot say enough great things about it! We love the option to brew anything from a small single serve cup all the way up to a huge carafe. You can adjust the strength of your coffee as well. And best of all you can make iced coffee too which tastes amazing and not at all watered down by your ice! Also has a self cleaning option for extra cleanliness. Removable and washable water reservoir. Super simple to use. Absolutely LOVE this machine!!!!! 100% worth the price!

I am beyond impressed with my (Renewed) Ninja Drip Coffee Maker. Honestly, it’s comparable to my Nespresso in taste and quality, but it wins big when it comes to value. Being able to use K-cups means I can still enjoy a huge variety of flavors without being locked into pricey pods — and the savings add up fast. The brew quality is smooth and rich, and I love that I can make anything from a quick single cup to a full pot for guests. The machine looks sleek on my counter, works quietly, and heats up quickly. Even though it’s renewed, it feels brand new — spotless, sturdy, and reliable. If you want coffee shop flavor without the coffee shop price (or the Nespresso pod bill), this is 100% worth it. I’m officially a Ninja convert!

Did not come with instructions or explanation of any kind. I figured out the plastic part for pods fits in the back for storage. Makes good coffee.

I don't think I'll ever buy a Keurig ever again. I never realized that coffee pods could taste better but this machine makes all the difference. It's refurbished but works as good as new for a more affordable price.

The engineering that went into this coffee maker is amazing. It easily adapts to making a great pot of coffee or brewing a single cup with the K-cup compatible adaptor. It will brew single cups in a variety of sizes or pots of coffee in a variety of sizes. The reservoir has a great capacity and is easy to fill. While I can't imagine why people would wan their coffee cold it has a special process for that also. It is the "swiss army knife" of coffee and does it all very well.

I love this coffee machine, but every time when I put for 6 to 8cups, it doesn’t finish up. It says it needs more water I guess I’m doing something wrong but I’m gonna give it a try again. If not, I’ll be sending it back. I love all ninja Products. Don’t get me wrong.

I bought this model refurbished (excellent condition) per the description at a great price. I saw other buyers post of some issues they had with refurbished version of this coffeemaker. Since it had features that I was looking for, I decided to roll the dice and ordered it. The unit arrived in a day late and it was repackaged in an Amazon box (as opposed to the original Ninja box). Other than that, it appeared all the internal packaging to prevent damage during shipping was intact. People complained about a lack of instructions but there was a card with a QR code that will link you to a site to download the manual (pretty common these days). (NOTE: The site to download the manual instructs you to use the product ID located on a sticker outside the box to search for the manual online. Do not use this number as it will lead you nowhere, use the product ID number on the product description on the Amazon post where you bought the unit.). Made my first pot of hot coffee, so delicious and the unit is easy to use. Love that the water reservoir is detachable for easy fill up and cleaning. Lots of selections to brew coffee the way you want it. So far, so good

Buyer beware! This is a refurbished model. I discovered this only after the product arrived and returning to the app page and scrolling through the page to find the description. IMO Amazon should do more to declutter the pages, leave recommendations of other products at the bottom and put important information such as a product being refurbished in the title of the page especially if it is being advertised right next to brand new products. With that said on to the review. Despite being a little dirty (the back where the fold out cup/ mug shelf had some splash spots probably due to testing the unit) the unit was overall clean, even the carafe looks like it was never used. There was a small dent on the side of the unit and the logo was scuffed and the reservoir has some scratches. Packaging was the bare minimum so it’s hard to say if the damage was from shipping or from the previous owner. Functionally it operates well. I’ve tried the pod settings on rich and cold brew. Both settings were quick to brew and I have found the results satisfactory. I have yet to try the carafe settings, warming plate, or the delay brew function. I do wish the markings on the reservoir were on the left side because if you’re holding it by the handle your hand blocks the markings. Overall I’m currently satisfied with the product though I do feel a bit scammed by the whole refurbished situation.
