I took these for about a month and have good results - my energy is high, my focus is on point, and I'm not jittery and nervous. I didn't want a bumpy ride for my day, and these pills were shipped quickly and were covered by Prime. My only complaint was the spilled powder at the bottom of the bottle - that last pill tasted like eating dusty, peppered coffee grounds. The pills are not small, but they are coated in a way to assist swallowing. The energy comes on fairly quickly and - for me anyway - kept me going a full workday. I imagine that the nootropics like Ashwagandha contribute to calming and maintaining that focus. I didn't have any problems sleeping after taking 2 of these in the morning. It kept my motivation and energy high, and I was able to complete a number of personal, school, and professional projects this month while taking the pills. I'd recommend it generally and for those who have projects to complete.

Either the caffeine listed on the label is MASSIVELY wrong, or they used a batch of expired caffeine, because I've taken 2 or even 3 pills and felt absolutely nothing. No energy at all. I use caffeine pills for my night-time job and this is just disappointing. To test if it was my tolerance just hitting its cap, I used a different brands caffeine pills at the same dosage and definitely noticed my drowsiness disappearing with 2 different brands over 4 nights. Unsure if product is always poor quality or if I'm just unlucky.. there are plenty of good reviews, so..

David work very well they're very effective and you can feel it same day. Now for me I just take one because one is enough to do me I'm afraid if I took two then I might be up all night long. But now they are they're effective and they're worth the price I'm trying to substitute something else and these are very very good I like them and I like the price of them.

First, I took 2 pills in the morning, and I felt like I couldn’t function because I was uncomfortable with how I felt. A few days later I decided to take 1 in the morning, & it felt like a tolerable dosage. Then, I took my second pill later in the day. I felt like my heart was beating out of my chest & was nauseous every time I took the maximum daily dosage (no matter if I waited later in the day to take the second dosage). If you avidly consume caffeine regularly and have no issues, maybe you can handle it. If you don’t consume large amounts of caffeine regularly, it might be better to take 1 a day or find a product with less caffeine in it. I no longer want to take these because I just wasn’t comfortable with how it made me feel, & it didn’t feel safe to consume based on the side effects.

It's good, it works, but for me to feel the effect of caffeine I need to take two. Therefore I don't think they're being completely honest about the amount of caffeine in one capsule. Which, BTW, makes me question about the amounts of the other ingredients. But I still like it, hence the four stars.

I'm a truck driver by trade. I work 14-hr days and drive around 3000+ miles per week. For someone that doesn't drink coffee, and spends too much on energy drinks, there has to be a better way... this is it!!&!
