I have had a chance to use these sponges on large canvas. They are ideal for working on medium to large size canvas. They are thick and work well on canvas with the application of the paint on the canvas. Simply wash them soon after use to preserve them. Certainly, durable as I have used them several times over the past year.

These are good painting sponges. But they are smaller than what I expected. But when they're wet, they are consistently absorbent. I would buy again. It is hard to find good sponges. Peggy

These are great, you really have to wash them with soap and water a couple of times to soften them up. Smaller pieces can easily be ripped off for detail work. Now for the square pants...

OK, so I was a bit skeptical not knowing how big these would be. The package was rather small and thin (6 x 4 x 2), but after soaking them for a few minutes the combined size of the two is almost as big as my head! Haven't used them for painting yet but am familiar with the process Love the multi- textures and will able to tear them apart to get the desired effect with different colors (I use them to make faux granite finishes). WELL pleased, and will definitely be ordering more again at some point. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!

These are trash! Worst sponges I've ever gotten. They're old, small, dried up and powdery... I ordered these for a remodel im doing... there's no way I can use them, I will be returning... and now the remodel of my cat sanctuary my be delayed... DO NOT ORDER THESE!!! COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!
