No quality control before delivery
Product includes multiple brushes for versatility. But mine has a faulty push button to retract the wire. Pushing it makes a cracking noise as if it would break. Plus it takes a lot of force just to push the button. Seller/factory should check for quality before delivering the product. I hope this one lasts.

Its a nice one, but comparing with the other Karcher products I have, I found this one less what I was expecting. Not easily to move aroung the house with it, the power is not so strong. The fact that it is bagless is a plus.

stopped working
only had to deep clean it one time then it stopped working :( it's newly purchased and I was excited about using it because it's not heavy and doesn't create much noise

Great product. Portable but powerful. They should think how to reduce the telescope handle size

it was compact and light weighted had multiple accessories, but couldn't meet my expectations like my old karcher vacuum V2, it has low suction.

Cord is short and problematic
The cord is too short, you have to unplug and replug in almost every room. And cord doesn’t lock properly, high sensitivity, retracts on every bump. Edit: Stopped working after couple of months, motor burned.
