As someone who usually tries not to spend more than $50 on shoes, these were a stretch for me. These are definitely worth the price, though. It's hard for me to find shoes that are wide enough and I frequently go up a half size just to get something wide enough. These were actually slightly long in my size (My toes don't touch the front of the shoe) but the X-Wide width was perfect and they don't look weird, as some other X-Wide shoes do. They're super comfy throughout the day and on my long, brisk, daily walks. I will be buying a second pair and maybe a third in the other color. They also look good and are clearly well made. Couldn't be happier.

Correct fit, comfortable, light weight. Good walking shoe. Excellent foot support.

These were by far my favorite in terms of treadwear compared to my other fitville shoes. My job requires me to walk a lot. As for slip resistance, I advise being careful around water—they lose traction when wet. They’re still holding up well. We’re gut of the shoe is ok. They do have nice toe room. The only downside is that after a few months of wearing them, I started developing hip pain, so unfortunately I’ll have to set them aside. I’m also disappointed because this brand had always treated me right in the past, even sending me another pair of these shoes. I haven’t worn the replacement yet, but with this pain I doubt I will. I hope this helps someone out there make a decision. For reference, I wear these shoes about 8 hours a day. Update: fitville has reached out to me and is taking care of me and making sure my experience with them is a pleasant one which is why I went from 3 star to 5.

I am absolutely and totally disappointed in the claim made that these shoes are "waterproof." They are not waterproof by any definition of the word. Not even close. The good: I ordered a wide size that was not wide enough. They were easily replaced with an extra wide pair which fit well. The bad: I wore them for about two hours indoors yesterday to test the fit and feel. Today I wore them outside while walking my dog in a grassy field. It has not rained here in more than a week. The grass was wet with dew. After walking my dog and later wearing them for two hours while walking in grass my toes were soaked. Two hours and my toes were soaked. Hence my disappointment. They are clearly not "waterproof." Not the right shoe for me at all! It just didn't me right and absolutely killed my feet causing a lot of ankle and heel pain. The actual fit was fine, but the support is awful!

My Father has a great deal of difficulty finding shoes that are wide enough and do not crowd his toes. These sneakers are perfect for him!

By far the best fitting (I have large broad feet and use orthotics) and comfortable work shoe I have ever worn. The website gives shoe sizes, larger fittings 2E and 4E and girth measurements wear my bunions are, so better than most suppliers. Delivery was prompt and quality is excellent. All this for under $74 (Aud), amazing value too.
