Here is my honest review. This is my 2nd pack, i am using it for 2 months now. I am not sure about it's benefits on hair growth or hair fall reduction but it does strengthen your nail. I used to have weak nails, and have faced a lot of breakages, in the past few weeks I have noticed that my nail are not breaking as it usually does and the length can be maintained. Talking about hair fall reduction i didn't find much reduction in my hair fall may be becauseI am not taking care of my hair that much, I think I should continue it for another month to know the complete result on hair.

They do not even mention the amount of biotin present in each tablet. Let me help you with that. It is just 30mcg. Which is equal to or less than any other multivitamin available in the market. I would suggest to rather go for well trusted multivitamin like Supradyn. It has around 150mcg of biotin and other vitamins as well.

I am using Bodywise biotin hair Gummies first time and after using it for a week my hairloss is under control, gummies are like a jelly go for it guys it's really work on hairloss and hair growth 👍
