got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair. we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer. took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy. on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response! as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out! def consider it as an option when shopping around

Do not hesitate. This is a VERY durable and well made chair. I was really surprised at the quality for such an incredible price. The motor is quiet and smooth. The chair is super supportive. I purchased for my mom who is 230 lbs and has lost some mobility at the nursing facility. The medium fits her perfectly and comfortably. I can also recline and take a nap and just relax while I’m visiting her. Trust me, you can’t go wrong with this one. Oh it’s super easy to set up. Arrives in two easy to manage boxes with simple instructions. Again, I don’t leave many reviews but i was intentional about leaving this one. Good companies deserve positive feedback. INCREDIBLE VALUE!

We purchased this chair for our elderly mother, it was easy to put together, looks good and she loved it. My only complaint would be that there are no instructions for the remotes, (there are two) and the labeling on the remote for the heat and massage is light blue on a light blue background making them almost impossible to read, especially for an elderly person.

This is a tremendous chair not too big, not too small, has cup holders,heat and massage and comfortable. I had a discectomy on my spine and this chair made sitting and getting out if so easy.

Very well made. Massaging is good and so is the heat sits kinda hard though it’s not really a soft seat after a while your bum starts hurting at least mine does and I have to find a softer chair. Other than that it’s a good chair for the price.

We have had and used it for a few months now and have to say that it was very easy to assemble and works as advertised. For the money it is a good deal.

It works for what I wanted, but it is not sturdy. The heat and vibration work fine, but the footrest won't come out unless the chair is leaning back. I don't think it will last long, but I'll use it until it dies because it's too heavy for elderly people to return. It did go together very easily, and the size is good for a normal person. Anyone very short or very tall would probably have issues. When it's reclined all the way it isn't flat enough for a good night's sleep. We bought it for a surgery patient to sleep in, and it was not good for that.

This is a comfortable recliner. It was somewhat hard to put together but we managed. The ad was not clear. I thought these chairs had drink holders and this one doesn't. I would have chosen a different recliner if I had known. That is why only 4 stars.
