I found these awful, the only knives I've ever bought that I regretted. - the handles are extremely small, suit 6 year old girl, nothing like my other Sabatier knives. This results in an extremely poor balance. They were dull and there was something on the blades that took ages to scrub off and one is permanently marked. presumably due to poor production and quality control - hugely disappointed. Would never buy a knife again from this company and this is only the second time I've felt the need to leave a negative review. Uk 2023

Packaging not great , received set had scratches on handles, had to return them...

Upon unboxing I have discovered the knives are not that sharp, and given their lengths they are not so easy to sharpen. Better knives are available for this price.

Good knives at a good price

Reasonable enough. Stayed sharp for quite a long time. Not as easy to sharpen as the others I have.

So far I have both the Santoku knives, the serrated utility and the bread knife, but I will eventually replace my Stellar Sabatier chef's, utility and parer with these, as they are made from superior steel, the fit and finish and grinding is more precise and they stay sharper longer. Don't get me wrong, Stellar knives are very good indeed, it's just that these, in my opinion, are better.
