I was on the lookout for a powerful IR lamp, and I found just the thing! The height is just right, and the adjustable neck is so sturdy and flexible. It rolls around easily, making it super convenient. There's a handy control panel at the base with a little LED display, which does flash even when the light is off, so just a heads up on that! The dimmable feature lets you choose settings from 1-10, and it also has a timer that you can set from 5 to 60 minutes, which is a great safety touch, especially since it heats up quite a bit. I absolutely love it! As someone who owns several IR therapy devices, this one stands out for its power and versatility. It’s perfect for warming up my head and face while I work or easing my muscles when I’m relaxing on the couch. Plus, it makes a cozy reading light without the harsh blue light before bed. It’s also a great alternative to a small space heater during the winter. Highly recommend!

Works great and having good results with using it for effects of EMF radiation from the towers that are multiplying in my area. Getting some relief when combined with heavy metal detoxing and daily sauna. Thinking about purchasing one or two more for total coverage. Everything went great with the product, however it's a good thing that I'm pretty good at putting things together with only a picture for reference because there wasn't a instruction manual for assembly in the package. So I took a bit longer to put together, but I layed everything out and thought it through and got lucky. I don't think if I would have been someone who had never worked in the construction industry my whole life that I would have been able to figure out the assembly without the manual and/or having to get or pay someone to help me. Otherwise love the product and will be purchasing it again when I plan out for setting up an area in my house.

Makes a loud electrical sound when in use

It works pretty well and heat up fast, but I don’t like the legs for holding it, as it is not very stable. The light some times has a slightly waiving sound. But I am addicted to using it. Lol

I received this today and it took me less than 10 minutes to set up. It comes with a nifty remote that lets you adjust the heat and timer setting. I immediately used it as I’ve been working in the house all day and felt sore, so I figured why not. I can definitely see this quickly becoming a staple in my daily routine! Right after a 15 minute use, I noticed a significant improvement in my legs. My legs have been sore all day and I’ve had poor circulation, and it honestly feels much better! Also, it’s crazy relaxing because it was just the right amount of heat. Felt like taking your favorite blanket right out of the dryer and snuggling up with it. I’m excited to use this every day and see improvement with not only my sore muscles but my skin. Highly recommend this!

So far, so good. I've tried it a few times, and I like how I feel during and after. You can't tell how it works right away because results take time. I was scared initially because it's basically a chicken brooding lamp which can get up to 400 degrees. I was scared it was going to start a fire or burn the floor in my home. But it doesn't get that hot. It's a safe level of heat. Pros: - packaged well. everything seemed brand new. nothing arrived broken and the bulb was packaged well - it makes me feel calm, relaxed and light - the light is not too bright and simply feels good - it's a warm, bearable temperature even on the highest setting - you don't have to have that little white dish in the middle of the stand if you don't want it there. there wheels are also optional - don't put it too close to skin because it can burn which is what happened to me. I had it exactly 12in away from my feet and my ankles had a tingly burn afterward that lasted a whole day. it can easily burn if too close so be careful. it feels like a sunburn. Cons: - packaged with foam casing which has those little pieces of foam that static cling to everything - the smell while it's on is like something is burning. smells like burning plastic. something in the back is melting and I have no idea what i is. I just hope it's safe. it's a strong smell too... not sure I can take it - it has ten levels of light intensity (temperature) and makes an annoying buzzing and ringing sound at all levels except 10. - the stand is very flimsy and isn't trustworthy. many reviews have said the gooseneck broke at random, so I don't feel comfortable sitting my whole body, head or face directly under it for fear of it snapping apart and burning me. as I've used it so far, I've noticed that the lamp head will abruptly go down 10in on it's own while it's on - the very back of the bulb is not red so when it's on, there's a bit of white light coming through past the venting area of the lampshade which might allow blue light or UV light through. the ENTIRE bulb should be red. UPDATE: I cannot bear the burning plastic smell. also it made my ears ring EXTREMELY loudly, to the point I couldn't hear myself think! seems like that's a very rare side effect that doesn't happen to most people. lucky for you guys who it doesn't happen to. looks like red light therapy is just not for me.
