The 1st item I received, had some issues. Contacted the seller and he/she sorted it out efficiently. Replacement arrived quickly and and happy with my purchase. Item is working as it supposed to be !!

I bought this distiller as a back up for the one i already have. I have not tried the product yet but as i had a few distillers in the past i can say there is no difference to branded ones, they are all the same. Well built and packed at competitive price.

My old distiller gave up the ghost and I was delighted to find this on Amazon for around £50. I discarded the plastic jug supplied and used my glass one from my previous distiller. I have to say, the taste of the water produced in this distiller is far superior to my old one. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Why drink the stuff that comes out of the taps without distilling it first? Tap water contains hormones, antidepressants, illegal drugs, pesticides, feces, urine, blood, semen and worst of all, fluoride and chlorine 🤢 There are probably many other disgusting things in it. I am very happy with this distiller 💦🙏🏻

Broke after 5 months and good luck trying to get a reply from the company. I got a refund from Amazon after a month. Therefore beware if you decide to buy with them
