Bigger and Good Quality
16 Stainless Steal Garden Lights: White: Larger in size than the same type I bought before which these have replaced. The last ones lasted about 4 years on 3 of them, while some stopped working after a few weeks. These take 1 standard AAA 1.2v 300 mah Ni-MH rechargeable battery which you can charge using a standard USB 5v charger, it has an on/off switch with 1 LED in white. Upon opening the shrink wrapped box and testing them, only half (8) of the 16 worked. I opened the 2 screws and found corrosion on the battery and contacts of the battery holder. The battery was leaking. I removed the battery, scrapped the corrosion of the battery, contact plates and used a AAA 5v USB charger to charge the batteries. They all worked perfectly. They should have supplied them un-connected to prevent battery leakage until consumption as all rechargable batteries leak over time. The corrosion is likely to happen again, so you may have to repeat the above several times over the course of time or just replace the battery. The batteries alone cost around £15.00 (16) and can be replaced with any Ni-MH 1.2v battery, so great value too. Will keep you informed as to how they do out-side over time. If you can do the above, would recommend.

They’ve brightened up my garden a treat.
How much money have I wasted on cheap solar lights in my garden? We have a long driveway running through our back garden and four years ago I lined it with 12 solar marker lights that I bought from Asda for about £2 each. For a couple of weeks they’re great, but then the light starts to dim and discolour until after a few months the bulb rusts over and stops working entirely, or just as commonly the resident ants move in and make a colony inside the casing and smother the light. Within 9 months I might have had two left working. So, every year I replaced them. And I’ve done that every year, each time costing me £24. Now, I know solar lights can be good. I’ve got three solar powered security lights that I’ve had for three years and they’re absolutely brilliant. However, until now I’d not found solar marker lights that were any good. Then I saw this product, and the reviews seemed very positive. Better still, they come with a no-quibble lifetime guarantee. I bought two boxes of six, which admittedly was expensive compared to the Asda ones, but at the rate I’ve been replacing them I figure they’ll be saving me money in a couple of years. Better still, the quality of the product and the light they chuck out is superb. I’m very impressed with the crisp light that they emit, and they’re tall enough to poke over the bedding plants they sit between. Time will tell how well they last, but I’m comforted by the lifetime guarantee should any of them fail me. Well worth the money.

Very nice!
Arrived well packaged. Lights are really bright and have a stainless finish which looks great. Price was reasonable for the six lamps. Just hope they last, as other lights I have bought over the years have failed after a short time

DO NOT BUY, lifetime guarantee is a lie!
2 out of 6 in the box arrived broken. I contacted the Sellers for replacements and it’s 2 months later with no response nor replacements yet. The ones that do work are ok, but I do worry how long they will last given their cheap feel and 2 arriving already broken. They are a golden warm light rather than white light which is a shame as I was hoping for white light. UPDATE: 1 year later and 3 more now do not work. I’ve requested a replacement again based on their “lifetime guarantee”. The lights are nice when on but I really don’t like they’re warm light not cool light so don’t match the rest of my garden lighting. They also don’t last long. Sunny all day today on the garden and the light only lasts from them for a short amount of time (max 2-3 hours). Only 2 are still bright at 11pm the rest are off it very very dim. UPDATE - March 2021 - all now broken & going in the bin. Contacted seller for the third time asking for replacements as per lifetime guarantee. Not expecting much considering no responses previously!

Nice and bright
Good value at £8.99 but price keeps going up and down. Nice and bright. I'd ordered the older version a couple of years back and they were dim like the small ones but this newer version is nice and bright and lit up from 9pm to 5am. We’re good but sent back as one corroded when I looked some of them had plastic where the led wires went in but the plastic was missing on one of them. I then ordered another set but one of them had a faulty light shade fixture kept falling off.

Nice products, easy to use - life time warranty
Out of the 6, 1 fills with water when it rains, but the other 5 seem water proof. They work quite well during the summer, however now the weather has changed as we have little direct sunlight, they don’t charge well and if they come on at all during sunset, they are off again an hour later. They look nice when they work but the British winter means we only get a few months of proper use from them. Will keep using for now, but like most solar products they are restricted depending on the weather. They were easy & quick to assemble and push into the lawn. Once switched on, they don’t require further involvement. UPDATE: A year on and these are mostly still going strong. When the days are shorter and the sun is pretty much absent then don’t expect the lights to get much charge. However when we have some sun they charge quite well and are very bright for a good few hours. I reported the leaking lights to the seller who sent be out some replacements without issue straight away. I sent the email Sunday - Tues we took delivery of the new lights. Can’t fault that - brilliant customer service - no hassle. The life time warranty makes these worth every penny as they are good bright lights which are ideal for lighting pathways and areas that need some illuminating without going to the trouble of wired outdoor lighting. The other half of going to run a bit of clear silicone around the solar panel on the new lights and also the existing ones to ensure they keep the rain out and I expect this will extend their life even more. Top item for a reasonable price and great customer service from the seller means I rate these 5/5. Buy them - buy them now!!!

Nice lights, although not massively bright
I've used these to add a decorative effect to our driveway, and to that end, they are excellent. They produce a nice white light that looks really pretty. If you need them for actual illumination, you may want to look at some form of low voltage mains-driven lights as these are unlikely to save you tripping over and breaking your neck (unless you live somewhere VERY dark!). They work really well, coming on as the light fades and lasting a good few hours (as far as I can tell - I've never witnessed them turning off). You can use them either at full height, or skip one section to make them shorter. They're entirely plastic, so quite light weight and possibly brittle. I worry about them in very strong winds as the head is not stuck on to thestem, other than by friction. Therefore I simply disconnect the light bit, leaving the stems stuck in the ground. It only takes 30 seconds to take them all off and put them back and saves one blowing away! You could easily go around with a glue gun and fix them together, as I may do at some point.

Half The Box Didn’t Work!
These solar stake lights are easy to install and give a nice warm glow. Unfortunately, nearly half the lights didn’t work from the start, which meant buying extra batteries, adding to the cost of the full box. They look nice in the garden, but reliability and added expense make them feel overpriced.
